I had a terrible experience at Valley Urgent Care and would not recommend this place to anyone. I visited for chest congestion, and instead of receiving timely and appropriate care, I was subjected to unnecessary tests, excessive wait times, and what felt like a blatant attempt to overcharge my insurance.

Here’s what happened:
- Unreasonable Wait Times: I was told I’d wait 1-1.5 hours, but I ended up waiting for 4 hours without proper updates or explanations.
- Unnecessary Tests: Despite only needing treatment for chest congestion, they insisted on conducting a COVID test and other unrelated procedures, which seemed like a way to bill my insurance for more money.
- Poor Communication: Every time I asked for updates, I was given vague excuses like “someone will be with you soon,” but no one followed through.
- Online Documentation Hassle: They required me to fill out extensive forms online beforehand, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. When I didn’t have access to the online system, they treated me poorly and made the process even more difficult.

Beware of Fake Reviews: All those five-star reviews you see? They’re paid reviews. There’s a company that provides them with five-star ratings to attract more customers. Meanwhile, they remove or hide one- and two-star reviews to maintain their image. I used to work for a company that does this, so I know how it works. Don’t fall for their misleading reputation.

This clinic appears to prioritize billing and profit over patient care. The service was unprofessional, and the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns. I felt like just another number to them, rather than a patient in need of care.

I strongly advise others to avoid this place and seek care elsewhere. There are far better urgent care facilities and hospitals that provide faster, more reliable, and patient-focused service.

I love this urgent care! The staff is so incredibly friendly and kind every time I’m there, and actually listen to my issues to find the best solution. I have never waited long either. Best urgent care in the valley hands down!

Very bad service made an appointment online and brought my 4 year old who has been coughing with a fever for a check up . Upon arrival they stated they ran out of Covid tests so they can’t see us at the time . They had my phone number but nope they didn’t care to call and let know when I had to get a babysitter for my other toddler . Left and then an hour later they called me to return . This time they tested my 4 year old for Covid then asked me to wait in my car for results stating that if the result is positive they can’t see him and that they can only do a telephone appointment. So can someone please advice me how would a doc over the phone check if my son has ear infections or could even have any other infection . This is a very negative experience for an urgent care that has been voted to be #1 in the valley !!!!!!

I can qualify this place as excellent. I used to fear going to urgent care because I had never had a good experience there. Doctors used to be rude and careless about patients. But this place is excellent since you’re in there; it is clean, organized, and concerned about safe contact procedures (mask, gloves, room temperature). Also, once you are in the room, the assistants are willing to help you no matter how long they spend with one patient, which is something significant for me because other places enter many patients and leave them alone in the room waiting for long periods instead of entering just the ones they can attend and dedicate for serving with quality (including other medical offices, not just urgent cares facilities)
The doctor was also very good at explaining, trying to figure out how to help me, and responding to all my concerns nicely. I’m glad I decided to go here, even though my health was not good. Empathy and kindness are things you need when you are feeling bad.

The urgent care staff were very accommodating and were able to get me checked in and seen within about 10 minutes of arriving. The nurses and doctors were all very polite and concerned about my care. While I was recommended to go to the ER to receive further treatment if my condition worsened, I was able to get some answers and initial treatment started after my visit. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

Top tier service. Kind, professional, and compassionate people working there. You won’t regret going here. The doctor was truly amazing. The office is clean and beautifully set up. It was a fast process and when you’re sick you want someone to help you out quickly, which was truly amazing. 10/10

The staff was very nice and professional and fast too. Office was clean and a covid test is given to all who walk in to the office. I would go there again. I couldnt make an appt to my regular doctor office so I was sent here.

The assistants in the clinic were very helpful and friendly, the process of checking in was seamless and easy. I was just uncomfortable waiting in the waiting room for an hour considering there was only two people in front of me and I had scheduled an appointment. The doctor was amazing. There was been very friendly and very thorough. I would go back to this place again.
