Many red flags that you're willing to ignore because they seem so nice at first and the gaslighting is so aggressive. Pain management is already hard enough and already has such a stigma it but to be lied to is just unacceptable. The over … More

I never post reviews. Ive taken a while to post this one as I was upset upon mistreatment and wanted to write a level headed review. This doctor has his clinic set up like a well oiled money making machine. If you need a pain injection he … More

After waiting an hour and a half with rude staff, the doctor was very impersonal, rushed interview, doctor said he was in a hurry. Told me he didn't know me, meaning wouldn't take my word for what I was saying. Then patted my back condescendingly on the way out. Bathroom dirty. Awful experience.

Many red flags that you're willing to ignore because they seem so nice at first and the gaslighting is so aggressive. Pain management is already hard enough and already has such a stigma it but to be lied to is just unacceptable. The over use of "it's illegal to do" this or that over something simple or should be an educational conversation is a big red flag. They either don't know the actual law or they think they can control you by your lack of knowledge of the law, either notion is scary and not productive for the patient. Injections, which are required if you need medication, are never the same. You talk about it the first time and then he does whatever he wants after that without consulting you. When questioned about it you get "really? I think that's what you got last time. I'm not too sure because I can't read any of the writing." It doesn't matter if you are still in pain or not, it doesn't matter if the treatment you're doing is working or not, all that matters is you make an app to do an injection every month and if you want to talk about changing your treatment you get shut down and treated like you're a drug seeker or get told it's illegal to change the medication you're on (whether you're having an adverse side effect or not, your wellbeing is not their concern.) Its incredibly disappointing how little a medical practice cares about your health and how unprofessional this practice is. To take advantage of and abuse people who are vulnerable is truly low.

Surgical clinic masquerading as pain management.

No X-ray, MRI, or other imaging needed. We can help you. Sign on the dotted line for expensive procedures and keep coming back for more.
They didn't care about me or my pain.
They only cared about me signing up for continuing "treatment".

No thanks.

I've been through so many Pain Management doctors these office is by far the best one I have ever been to, and I have ever worked with. They absolutely care and are willing to listen, they don't rush you out to see the next patient they actually are very caring and devoted to your need and best medical plan. They strive for your well being as well as they do the best they can to provide you with the best and ultimate results. "All" the front office medical assistants (Jessica-Office Manager) are very nice and caring. The PA doctors (Richard Sandoval-PA) are very caring and understanding with no prejudgment. Dr Arfari is also very dedicated to his patients.

Dr. Kiumars Arfai is the rudest doctor I have ever met. And I’m a paramedic, I’ve worked with hundreds of physicians. His apathy and inability to communicate with patients is quite significant. I cancelled all future appointments at this facility and will seek pain management somewhere else.

I was in so much fear when I came into this office. Having debilitating back pain and I knew they were going to do epidural shots. Jessica and Kim were so sweet and calming. Very caring and attentive. Dr Arfai was very thorough and made me feel like a person not a number.. still on my road to recover but I'm confident in putting my back in Dr. Arfai's hands.

Dr. Arfai is One Of A Kind!!!! He is so caring, COMPASSIONATE, and very EMPATHETIC TOWARDS YOUR SITUATION WITH UN-GODLY PAIN!!! His wife and staff are truly the BEST!!! Everyone is so kind and compassionate with what you’re enduring through this trying time. And Arfai prescribes the proper amount of medication for the extreme pain you are going through. He ALWAYS PUTS THE PATIENT FIRST!!! He is a sweetheart of a man and am very grateful that I have been under his care for the last four years!!! Thank you so very very much for all that you have done for me.

Terrible service. The receptionists are the worst in the city. They will not provide you with any relevant information and then flat out lie when they get caught denying services. I would highly recommend you go anywhere else but here. The Doctor is inattentive and does not know how to read MRI's even though the imaging center is literally next door. They have cause quite a few permanent problems with patients. I am registering complaint with the Health department and the city. STAY AWAY!
