Everyone: staff, attending nurse, and the doctor were terrific. Special nod to the 2 women at the front desk who help me check in on my phone when they noticed I was struggling. Everyone was cheerful and helpful. The customer service was exceptional... and I used to teach a class on it several years ago, so my standard remains high and hopeful everywhere I go! Believe me, it does make a difference, so my thanks, respect, and appreciation to all.

Like what's the point of the receptionist? Just put up a sign that has a qr scanner so we can check in, they make you check yourself in anyways. I'd rather someone not touch my cards if they aren't doing anything with them.

The techs were nice and friendly/cool. The only good part of my visit was getting my vitals taken.

PA was rude and condescending. And unhelpful.

Also they swabbed my throat and not the tonsil or side of my cheek I literally was complaining about. There is now a lesion area that's appeared and is even more painful! Best freaking Saturday of my life guys(sarcasm).

Also like others they told me if it's that concerning then go to your primary.
YO YOU ARE OPEN ON THE WEEKEND THEY ARE NOT. You are an urgent care for a reason.

I now feel worse, got no help and am hoping I don't have to make an ER trip before I can call my doctor Monday.

Update: I have severe tonsillitis. Useless PA at exer told me throat was fine when I now have tons of white lesions on my throat and it's redder than red/swollen. Thankfully a new doctor prescribed me medicine, mine is on vacay still and I went to another urgent care, Doc looked in my throat and said "holy smokes you need antibiotics asap". Be careful going here here you are immunocompromised. They don't care enough to treat you right.

I was not feeling good at all and mentally was not 100% but managed to get myself to see the doctor. They now have a phone check in system that you need to do. The receptionists was not very sympathetic thatI was not well. In short it felt like an eternity to check in on my own with my phone and provide all the information, take pictures of my ID and insurance card; all while the 2 receptionists were chit chatting about their personal lives.

Please save your trip by not going here. Not worth your money and time. I got antibiotics from one of the PAs knowing that it won’t work as well but still prescribed when I asked for the one that is drug of choice. She said it doesn’t matter what I think and should go to my primary doctor if the antibiotic doesn’t work. It felt like she just wanted to get rid of a case and move on when I was in pain. This urgent care has an incompetent PA.

I was bit by a dog and went there because my insurance works with them.

I chose workers comp when I checked in. Later found out that the insurance of the company does not cover contractors, therefore I wanted to change that.

Front desk told me that it is not changeable. I described them that it is not possible, asked them to use my own insurance that works with them. I was told that they can’t change that in the system and refused to take care of my ankle.

Needed a shot in case the dog was not vaccinated. They did not care and refuse to help me.

Their system is a joke. You can’t change such a simple task

Front desk girl was extremely rude and had a smart response and I explained as to why I didn’t call earlier due to being away from the country and she didn’t say anything. I work in the field and there’s a way to speak to our patients . Smart remarks are unprofessional without asking 1st .1/31/2025 @ 2:20pm

I have never had a better urgent care experience anywhere. This place was clean, the staff was kind, and I love their technology. The PA, doctor, and woman who did my ear lavage were all knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to help me and not rush me out. This place is better than my doctor's office. Thank you so much!
