0 stars Front desk was no help at all with explaining my concern with trying to get my referral. The Doctor is rude she act like I was wasting her time everytime I went there. I specifically wanted a referral to an gynecologist and the first one she referred me to had bad reviews plus they hung up in my face so I had went back to see if she could refer me somewhere else and she act like it was a problem and never gave me the referral. I will not be returning here. I was very nice and polite to her, there’s no reason why I should be treated like this.

If I can give this place a 0 star I would. Front desk needs to learn manners and respect, I’m trying to make my next appointment. She told me hows this time, which I did say yes to. Then she spoke past me in her language to another patient as she was SUPPOSED to be attending to me. I’m standing there to make sure she confirmed it like any other front desk does. She talked about a minute as i’m standing there still, then rudely she stops talking in her language to be “you’re set”….wouldn’t you let me know that then talk to the next patient? I guess they prioritize who they want to be respectful to and not. Like who is doing these hirings!! Only love coming back for my doctor Aida!
