I had an excellent experience at We Care Urgent Care. This was my first visit, and I can honestly say everything about this place was superb. Dr. Green and Sara did an outstanding job in taking care of my problem. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly professional, efficient, and kind. I truly appreciate the service they provided. The wait time was minimal, the facility was clean, and I even received a thoughtful follow-up call. It's clear that the medical staff genuinely cares about their patients. They took care of my emergency and resolved my problem immediately. I am immensely grateful and I would recommend this place to anyone in need of urgent care.

Got in promptly within 30 min of making an appointment online (wanted to make sure there wasn't a long wait and I was able to pick my own appointment time).
Everyone was very nice and professional and the facility was very nice.
Dr. Green was awesome and very thorough. Great sense of humor too! His assistant (a future Doctor whose name I didn't get) was lovely and just the type of person you want taking care of you (she did my EKG).
From blood draw to results it was a really nice experience.
I even received a follow up call which has never happened when I went to other urgent care facilities.

I felt relieved when I left and captured a nice sunset from their parking lot!

Heard of this place through a neighbor, and how great their experience was. I have to say I agree with them after my first visit. They have their own parking spots reserved for their patients, and plenty of them I should say. As new patients, the enrolling process was quick and easy. The staff and doctor were all friendly, knowledgeable, and overall great. There was no wait when we arrived, and the whole visit for my family and I took about 30 minutes. The place is clean, they have free snacks and a small play area for kids.

I can’t say enough good things about We Care Urgent Care. I was visiting porter ranch and was lucky enough to enough to have found this place. There wasn’t a long wait, and Dr.Green quickly found a solution to my symptoms. After completing my treatment that was prescribed, I am feeling much better. Porter Ranch is lucky to have We Care Urgent Care!!!

Had an amazing experience at this urgent care! The clinic's cleanliness was top-notch, and the added bonus of free snacks in the waiting room was a nice touch. The doctor, with extensive experience in emergency care, took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Being a small, privately owned business, you could sense their genuine commitment to providing exceptional medical care.
The front desk staff were not only efficient but also incredibly friendly, always sporting smiles. The nurse who attended to me was sweet, and both the doctor and his colleague, who's on the path to becoming a doctor, were approachable and warm. They swiftly conducted an x-ray for my back issue and even offered the option of an MRI if necessary, showing their dedication to comprehensive care.
Beyond the medical services, the restroom was impressively clean, stocked with hygiene products, and they even had diapers for kids. It's clear that this clinic goes above and beyond for its patients. Highly recommended for the excellent service and thoughtful touches!
By the way they had their office beautifully decorated.

Needed urgent care while I was on vacation. We Care Urgent Care was close to me and I was able to get in super fast and receive unbelievable service and compassionate care. The doctor was incredible and the staff was very friendly. The decorations were beautiful, they had tasty snacks and the vibe was super calming. I definitely recommend it. The place is extremely clean, staff are very attentive and professional. Easy to make the appointment. Was seen within few mins of getting to the office. The doctor was knowledgeable, approachable, caring, took the time to address all that was going on with my illness, in-office tests, medications were called into my pharmacy right away. Overall, if the system would allow me to rate more than five, I would have.

I decided on this location when they confirmed they do imaging and blood work onsite. What a pleasant experience from my first call to when I left.
The location is organized, clean, and there is plenty of parking. They were quick, friendly, and efficient. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and broke down several things for me. The staff was accommodating and really made us feel comfortable. They honestly get a 10/10 rating from me. I'm not excited to say I'll be back since it is an urgent care, but if/when I do this is where I will definitely come.
