This is a review of workplace treatment, not an indicator of quality of care. I wish to express my disappointment regarding the frequent cancellation of shifts at Driftwood. This practice adversely impacts individuals who rely on these shifts for their livelihoods.

Upon inquiring about the cancellations, I was informed that they prioritize staff due to low census. While I understand this necessity, shifts should not have been posted if this information was known more than 8 hours in advance. Such inconsistency is unacceptable and demonstrates a need for improvement on their part.

So I was here for 2 weeks and in that time they Completely ruined 6 months of recovery from the Plastic surgery i had on my Bottom That was almost completely Finish And also gave me 2 bed sores which I had to get surgery on twice since Leaving there Which was a week ago . I had to get help for Registry Nurse to call to get me to the hospital if I did not they just left me in bed to get Worse. Do not send your family here . also in 2 weeks I only ate one food tray. I had to buy my food the whole time I was there I told them of I don't eat pork because I'm Jewish. And they still set me pork . Not all the nurses and c n a's are bad there are a few good ones.and they keep the place clean. But Please don't send your love ones here.i have called The state on this place.

This place is horrible. Doesn't deserve even one star. The neglect of my mother's condition, She ended up in the hospital because of this neglect. The nurses there don't care of the patients. God help these patients. We had to remove my mom from this horrible place. Do not send your love one there.

My cousin was sent here after being taking off ventilator on March 2. Since he developed pneumonia a week later. Nursing staff stated they were giving him antibiotics. April 8 he was sent to hospital for pneumonia is back on ventilator. He could barely breathe And had a fever of 108 before being sent to hospital and had sepsis. The social worker is very unprofessional and told me to go on line to find other facilities. Did not offer any assistance or resources. Came in to pick belongings front desk had food on desk along with visitors information forms filled out spread across desk along with Covid test from previous visitors. EDD form was signed by provider but not filled out (provider form). Shout out to Dianna RN for taking time to fill out the important information needed for the form. Really sad because the MD is only in once a week or not at all according to staff. Facility had form for almost 4 weeks and prior to that form it took 3 weeks because the MD did not come into the facility. The facility was very clean. MJ RN was really nice.

This is a horrible place. My brother was a patient here that died under their care, he was there last than two years. He was neglected and his healthcare wasn't properly administered, the staff wasn't properly trained. I would call every day, sometimes the phone would ring 10-12 times with no answer, then there were times when I spoke with someone and the nurse was unavailable and was to call me back, but never did. My brother died here and had stage 4 ulcers(bed sores) on several parts of his body, some they never disclosed to me. He was there during Covid restrictions, and I also live in another state, so therefore they could hide things that I couldn't see over the phone. I had FaceTime with them and was able to take pictures of his wombs, and they were horrific. Driftwood Healthcare need closing. I have learned after the fact that you can report to the Ombudsman and BBB of your county and they will investigate on your behalf.

My Mom is a stroke patient at Driftwood who has loss all of her ability to talk or eat. Kaiser placed my Mom in this facility against my wishes. Her bedroom is located in the back sharing a room with 3 other patients. My Mom has no way of communicating with the nurses station if anything is not okay. They lay the button by her side, but she has no way of even pushing this button if anything is happening. Today, I went to visit my Mom, and the $40 dollar blanket I bought her 2 weeks ago has disappeared. This is the second blanket that has came up missing. Who can I contact regarding this issue?

I will be going there next week they treated me with respect at the tour the patients look good the facility is clean so so far so good Richie was very very nice and acommodated all I asked for.

I am a registry worker sent to this facility to help because they are under staffed I have never felt so disrespected and discriminated against in my life staff very rude 😤 and it is not okay very unprofessional if I could give no stars I would...
