To be transparent, I am currently uninsured. City health accepts patients who are such. Went in because I had the flu but was recovering well. It had been 2 weeks and began experiencing shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing spells. Staff were polite and accommodating. I give 4 stars because I wasn’t tested for anything initially and now have to return to have tests done.

Very straightforward, timely service. The aesthetics of the waiting room was Pleasant, I was greeted by the receptionist who Was very professional. I did not have my drivers license with me as I had just Return from 10 days abroad, but she gladly accepted a copy of my passport. The wait to see the doc was about 10 Minutes. Exam room was roomy. The doctor was all business, which was fine by me, Gave me a discussion of the findings sent the prescriptions to Costco

This service was superb. Dr. Higgins too the time to shake my hand, go through treatment options and then shook my hand upon leaving. Very professional. The entire staff was courteous and prompt and I felt like they cared for my well being. Will be visiting this urgent care again and not because it’s so close to home! The entire process was an A+. I visited to get an allergy shot. After receiving the shot, I was told to wait for 10 minutes before leaving. Near the end of the wait, I approached the person at the check in counter (happened to be a guy) to ask about the bill. Unfortunately, their response was noticeably irritated and came across as rude. While I don’t expect over-the-top friendliness, basic politeness and professionalism go a long way. Overall, my experience was disappointing due to this interaction.

I came in for an excruciating pain in the shoulder. I was accepted right away. Staff is very friendly and professional. The business is well located in downtown San Leandro. The facilities are extremely clean and well maintained. The doctor was very helpful in explaining what my condition was and giving recommendations. Overall, it was the best experience I have had and I will certainly go back, if the need arise.
