I try calling this clinic a lot of time never answer who ever the manager gotta fire all of them cause half don’t do their job right and I really need to make an appointment soon as possible but never answer if something happen to me an emergency it their fault for not answering the damn phone

They canceled 2 of my girlfriends appointments within 2 days. She is 36 years old and 6 months pregnant. We waited over 1 month and one week just to get our first appointment for June 11 and they canceled it on the day of our appointment first claiming that the doctor was sick and then telling us that the internet and computers were down. Yesterday they called and our app was then rescheduled for June 18th and today we got a call that our appointment was canceled again. Their phone number on Google isn't even their own, it's a call center so you can't even speak with the Hayward Wellness employees unless they call you. And twice they called before and after hours. A one star rating is too high for this sad joke of a clinic. Unless you have too, avoid this place like you would the plague.

Im no recomend this clinic its terrific too much time for wait in lobby and in the cheking room and other time more for give you an apoint me to back. No no no and the managger its just taking his peopple and no cheking. Everythin its good

4 different workers I was trying to get to assist me on 4 different occasions were incompetent and rude. You will not be able to get any information from Hayward wellness. A worker by the name of “MARTHA” literally hung up on me ?! There is long hold times. All the workers that answer the phones need to find there passion in life because it’s obviously not a job servicing clients that go here to hayward wellness. I will never return to this establishment.
