I’ve been going to this clinic for years now to follow a Dr who asked me to go where he practices, however, I was given rude nurse practitioners don’t know your history and try to wean your off pain meds …
I’m 63 and have injuries from car accidents and sever arthritis and I have never been treated by nurse prescriptions and there are some good ones.
I’m writing this review to stop you from making a mistake by thinking of going there
And if your a patient there find another Dr who won’t throw you from nurse to nurse.
Btw she said that the Dr is taking everyone off there pain meds and making go on a synthetic drug if this is what you want then stay I’ve had it with these rude and sneaky so called professionals.

Meeting with Dr. Teresa was great.She was very kind and understanding and I see she’s more caring about the patients than work which I believe it should be that way. Also the receptionist was very kind and respectful. The facility is also very clean and organized and I really felt comfortable with how they treated me made me feel welcomed.

I had a very positive experience with this pain clinic. The receptionist was very personable and kind. My wait was not long at all. The doctor was waiting on me in the room instead of me waiting for the doctor to come in. The visit was good. She immediately told me she doesn't prescribe narcotics. I was disappointed but maybe she can help in another way to take care of my pain. She was very nice and to the point. Hoping for the best because I'm tired of this pain.

- Very brief wait time in lobby
- Dr Campos has been great with my needs for pain relief, he listens to my concerns and does his best to address them.

I appreciate the whole staff at IMP, so far its been a pleasant experience.

The staff was friendly and very attentive! I was called in for my appointment on time. Dr Thornton is amazing. She patiently explained every part of the procedure to me and I never once felt lost or uninformed.

The San Leandro pain clinic has been accommodating and kind. They have worked hard to fix any mistakes or problems and have treated me with kindest and respect. I have Ehlers Danlos a long term degenerative disorder and the doctor took time to learn about my condition and does the best he can for me

Everyone was so professional and friendly. It was my first visit in San Leandro. I liked the flexibility. I was able to visit an ill relative. Which is why I asked to be seen in Alameda County instead of Solano County.

See ya real soon. Hopefully I’ll be able to return to work soon!!!
