Every time I visit the staff is never attentive and it’s always a 45 min wait in the waiting room another 45 minutes in the actual consult room and then a 2 sec chat with the doctor, The front staff girls especially the younger ones are improperly trained in office etiquette. 0/10would not recommend. The one in La Colonia was 100% better (also notice majority of the good reviews are people who are related to the dr)

From the front office, staff to the staff in the back, down to the doctor himself are all great with 5 Stars all around. Staff is super friendly make you feel comfortable and part of the family. Never link the doctors like this and their changes my whole perspective on what my past experience were. Fast, friendly efficient. Highly recommended.

The people on the phone were incompetent listeners and this clinic didn't really help me. I asked to get a TB test for work and made an appointment ahead of time. I checked in and expected to get poked for the test. The MF doctor said I needed to do that at another building for another charge 😡. I got scammed for $90 for absolutely nothing happening. Gonna dispute this charge with my bank cause screw these people.

Dr. Patel is honestly a sincere great doc to my kids, always understanding & reassuring. Staff is awesome, I’ve always gotten appointments same day or same week unlike other clinics that give appointments 2-3 months later for a simple cold or physical. As a mother, I definitely recommend!!!
