Ordered Kangaroo Joey pump. The power adapter cord and battery died without notice. Called the number and had to leave a message. Sent a message online and no callback occurred. Called back next day and they finally sent a courier In the late afternoon. 24 hours had just about gone by with no feeding!!! If you are or care for an elderly person that must be on continuous feeding 24/7 via G Tube Avoid this company. . Initial drop off no explanation how to use or set up was provided. Called for pick up and Amber stayed courier for pick up was at lunch and we’d get a call back. 5-6hrs later no callback. This company not only lies to clients and family but also bank on them, while giving faulty equipment which decreases quality of life for those in their Golden Years. .
