This business is a scam. I implore all to report this business to consumers court. They fraudulently bill you, make false statements to confuse you and in the end bill you for anything. I have never heard of a business where they bill for a no show for an appointment that had its preliminary important before the appointment terms of service contract NOT signed. I never filled any of their forms, never signed any documents, never completed any of their first patient forms and they keep threatening to cancel my appointment if I didn’t sign. I didn’t sign and guess what they didn’t cancel my appointment. They kept giving false statements and now they are charging a no show!
This doctor is also a scam, they don’t let you see a doc in person, only a video visit is accepted with an NP.
Report this doctor, NP and all of their team to the authorities.
I have all the receipts.

Same here, got email invoice on 20 Dec 2023 for a visit that was on 20 Dec 2020. Must be some system problem but looks scam. Why they never sent email or call or text in 3 years for an unpaid bill. We always pay copay bills upfront.

SCAM ALERT

Please do not go here, they bill you even for preventative care under certain codes that do not fall under preventative care and you have to pay hefty sum from your pocket.

They do not refill my prescriptions, I’ve been on these meds for over 6 years, they will not refill them, I’m new to her office. They’re horrible absolutely horrible!!!!

Beware!!! Do not go there, I got billed after 4 years on Dec 2023 asking for copay which I believe was paid. Surprise!!! Had switched the doctor (I dont even know when I'd changed my PCP), save yourself a headache in future.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. They are currently trying to collect on visits that occurred over a 1 1/2 years ago that I have no records for. I will be filing a formal complaint against the business, the doctor and their billing team.

Please do not use this business, something is very wrong in their billing department.I'm in the same situation as another reviewer, where Amcare is trying to collect billing for a visit back in 2020. They didn't bother reaching out for over 3 years!
