ABSOLUTELY zero stars.
I had an appointment at 1pm, I waited 30 mins to ask what the delay was. They then proceeded to tell me I have to wait another 1-2 hours to be called back. I have a full time job & cannot come & go as I please. I called yesterday & they urged me to book an appointment to avoid longer wait times. So I come here on time for them to completely disrespect my time. If I’m gonna wait a hour or 2 I might at well go to the emergency room, which I’m doing as I type. They do not respect your time & have terrible customer service. I’d like to single out a receptionist named Omira for terrible customer & condescending attitude.

Had a very wonderful experience at St. Francis. For one I’ve been a patient there for quite a while so they should know me and would have thought there was some respect but apparently not. So long story short went to get medicine they gave me a shot I ended up drowsy after I was going to pull out of driveway so I waited for a moment and all of a sudden a car comes through very impatiently honking their horn so I turned to look because I was out of it for a second wondering what the hell is he holding his horn for next thing you know Dr . Bhandari the “Medical Director “ came banging on my window i didn’t feel safe at this point because the anger he had then opened my door without my permission and threatened to call police on me saying this is private property that I need to leave I felt unsafe and very confused because I’m a patient here and the way I was treated was not OKAY AT ALL. Told him I was a patient after he called police on me when I just had a shot from your doctors and I felt very drowsy . I felt he could
Of handled that another way but didn’t and was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL .

Had an appointment on Sunday Nov 6 2022 at 12:45pm. Arrived at 12:46pm and found that the clinic was closed. No staff was present. The doors were shut. Yet you’ve confirmed my appointment and have taken my insurance info. I can’t even leave your staff a voicemail. Terrible and unacceptable service for a patient who came for an urgent medical issue.

I was able to book an appointment online which was great and I filled out all of the pre-paperwork only to arrive to the office to fill out additional paperwork that is asked the same questions. When I was moved to the patient room the medical nurse asked the same questions that I previously answered, after waiting for 25mins for her to enter my information into the computer. The doctor is okay, he is about 80yrs old and works with two nurses. It’s not my ideal setup. The worst part was after my appointment. I left the urgent care with no paperwork to detail what my symptoms were or the diagnosis, I was told that the doctor has a to complete paperwork for few other patients and that they can email it to me. They encouraged me to go pick up my medication at the pharmacy in the meantime🤔but I have never went to the doctor at an urgent care at my doctors office or an ER, and left with no paperwork I would highly suggest booking appointments somewhere else I would never come back here again it was the worst experience. .

There is nothing "Saintly" about this place so I'm not sure why it's called Saint Francis. More like Lucifer. Walked in for an appointment, the male receptionist had the sassiest attitude ever. Acted like he owned the clinic. I sat outside in the hot summer sun per his direction to complete paperwork and when I went inside I asked if they did chest X-rays as I was told to get one per an online urgent care doctor. The receptionist said they don't do chest X-rays there. I also asked if they could bill me for my copay and was told that was not allowed even though I was told by my insurance that they do. I wouldn't take my dog there for treatment. Go somewhere humane, professional, and competent.

This was my first time here. I made an appointment for possible x-rays based on a biking accident. I'm not good with technology but setting up the appointment and providing insurance information was easy to do on line. I made the appointment for 4:00 and was seen at 4:10. The staff was very helpful and gracious. The doctor was very knowledgeable he did a through exam and explained everything in detail.

I took my father (85+ years old with multiple health issues) to the clinic. The front desk was friendly and efficient. We provided the usual: insurance info, medical history, coronavirus questionnaire, and reason for visit. There were a few people ahead of us and we waited about 15 minutes for an exam room. The MA came in a few minutes later and took vitals. The doctor came in shortly after. The doctor was thorough, empathetic and compassionate (Sooooo much better than the ER). The doctor took extra time to explain to my dad what was going on, why, what was going to be done and how. As part of the diagnostics my dad needed an x-ray. We waited 15 minutes for the x-ray and another 15 minutes for the x-ray report and then the doctor came in and explained the findings and plan of action. The entire visit from start to finish including physical exam, x-ray, and radiologist report took less than 2 hours. And the place was very clean which is extra important these days. Bottom line - I would definitely recommend St Francis Urgent Care and would go back as needed.

Front desk did not seem to know what or how to do anything. Told me I had to pay a deductible which I do not have to I have Medicare and also a supplemental. I saw a nurse who gave me a prescription to get blood test which I couldn't get for two weeks Worst urgent care ever.
