I’ve had a great experience with Lakeside for many years. Dr. Nguyen is an awesome primary doctor. Maria Guerrero works with Dr. Nguyen and has consistently been professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She is exceptionally helpful, and it's individuals like her who invest time in building relationships and trust, which encourages patients to return to this office.

I routinely see Dr. Terry Shaio in podiatry and her and her staff are exceptional. They are all very engaging and make you feel welcome as if you were part of the team but most importantly they make you feel comfortable because after all it is a doctor visit. Fabi is usually my first point of contact at the office and she sets the tone for a wonderful visit. Afterwards the nurses engage in comfortable conversations while taking your vitals then followed up by your doctor visit. If you have a chance choose the West Covina location they are the gold standard of medical visits.

I visited this location early afternoon on a Sunday when there was nobody in the waiting room and we were seen relatively quickly (probably <15 minutes). The front desk staff and nurses were professional and courteous. Dr. Wang tended to us and had great bedside manner and did great with my child who even said "I like Dr. Wang. He's nice!". I've only been here once but they've earned my repeat business and I'll be here the next time I'm in need of Urgent Care services. Thanks, all! (Edited to update the date)

Dr. Ngyuen is the absolute Best Primary Care Physician. He actually listens to your concerns and genuinely cares for his patients. He’s been my doctor for over 10 years! His nurse Maria is also the BEST. She has the best personality and always listens to concerns and treats us like family. Thank you Dr. Ngyuen, Maria, Natalie and the entire office.

Whenever my doctor was not available Lakeside has done a great job taking care of me and my family. Each doctor there has taken the time to listen to our health care needs and we each got the care we needed. We've even got faster referrals than with our regular doctor.
