Horrible. Second time I'm turned away for a prenatal visit when I usually go to the la puente location and they changed me with out asking . Now I have to wait 2 months for another appointment and I'm in my last trimester. They have a 15min grace period even if your on time your still waiting another 30m to actually be seen and I was only 2 minutes late

I went to this place for my physical exam. I have my appointment at 3:30. I wait for the doctor for an hour for nothing because he didn’t check anything only listen to my heart and that’s it. Unbelievable, this place is trash Plus, I got my flu vaccine and I don’t know if the nurse do something wrong but my arm started bleeding and it was so painful I hate this place. I am going to call my insurance to change.

I been coming here since I was like 6 years old. And honestly, I would never change my clinic!! My doctor is Dr.soe and she is an amazing beautiful doctor so caring about my health always! I feel special bond with my doctor when I see her! I have never had a bad Experience with any staff! Truly recommend this place!

My doctor here is really nice (Dr. Pam) and tries to explain every thing so i can understand. Now im not saying everyone here but some of the staff have a bad attitude and has to be dealt with. They try to keep it clean most of the time. This is a medical center and the wait time here is not bad. The parking lot is big and there is always 2 securities outside.

The staff here is very friendly, and will make you understand in a polite way. You need to have an appointment in order to get checked by the doctor. You need to have the medical card. Once you're treated the medicines will be given at the pharmacy which is in the same compound. The place is well maintained and hygienic.

I had a good doctor but after a year they permanently transferred me to another doctor without any notice or reason. They also lied to me. Saying the doctor no longer works here. No idea what's going on. Tried to get answers but no success , just the run a round.
UPDATE 05/01/2023I have yet to see the new doctor in person. Only had one phone appointment and that was a flop. Today I needed to talk to him about my diabetes. Keep in mind he nor anyone else has given me any information on how to take care of this. I called and spoke to the receptionist who told me there's an open phone appointment and do I want it? I said yes. Then she put me on hold for several minutes, came back told me there's no open appointment and the doctor isn't in. She said the nurse can call me. I said ok. Then she said the nurse will call tomorrow or Monday. I do have an appointment for an actual face to face appointment later next week. Hopefully he won't cancel.
UPDATE: I finally had a face to face appointment with the new doctor on June 7,2023, I felt like he was in a rush and really didn't put me at ease concerning one of my meds. The med he put me on was in threat of being taken off the shelves due to liver and muscle damage. I tried to talk to him about my diet and frequency of glucose testing but the subjects were dismissed. Unfortunately I'm getting my diabetes information from the web and social media. I no longer go to El Monte Comprehensive.

The urgent care is a joke. I showed up at 3:00pm and the receptionist informed me that the urgent care is closed for the day. They only have two doctors available for the day and the urgent care was technically no longer taking walk ins as of 11:00am. The receptionist attempted to direct me to other urgent care centers and the los angeles emergency room. Or if I'd like to wait In line the following day at 6:00am outside of the building to try my luck at seeing an urgent care doctor. You are better off showing up at the urgent care that is located inside the la usc county hospital building. Do not waste your time coming to this insult of a so called pathetic urgent care.

Worst experience I have had, waiting for a blood draw!!! I waited for 3 hours!!!! Even worse…. This place doesn’t even allow you to make an appointment! So …. You are stuck here waiting, on them!!!
