I started seeing Dr Jesselyn Walter here at El Monte Family Clinic a few months ago, and I couldn't be happier. She's one of the best doctors I've ever seen, and I'm grateful that I found her. The staff are all the sweetest people too. Everybody is really nice here, and they work really hard to help you. A+!!

I never switched my PCP faster after having my appointments here. Their receptionist seem as if they don’t understand how to do their job. Very unaccommodating and never had an answer to any of my questions and concerns. I came in requesting a referral to a Dermatologist and it took two months for an answer after calling the office relentlessly to check my status. I was so confused as to why two months have passed and I haven’t gotten my referral to the point where I bypassed this office and called my insurance just for my insurance to confirm they sent and confirmed my referral the week after they originally received it. I have never met the PCP assigned to me, Dr. Swanson. I was always seen by their NP without any Doctor in sight. Things at this clinic is being ran poorly and it’s a shame.

On the plus side, I spontaneously got Botox done here and I don’t regret that decision.

My 1yr old and I got tested for COVID on Sun Jan 9th. It’s already Jan 17th and we have not been provided our results. My mom has ovarian cancer I planned to postpone my visit to her until our results our confirmed negative but still they’re unavailable. At this point we may just need to go elsewhere to be retested.

I use to go there and never saw the actual doctor "Slawson" just some Biotch who always gave me attitude. Carolyn Roberts , I think. I just remembered I hated seeing her, the thought of having a follow up with her made me disgusted. She treated you like you were stupid and shows lack of interest for her patients. Gave me hard time removing my IUD. Made me come back bc she thought I was lying about being on my menstral cycle. The second time, I was pissed she said she didnt see blood, I told her id pull the bloody tampon out of her trash can, and the she said "oh nvm i see some blood" -_- She said the issues I was having were not real. I saw other doctors and they said the IUD can move and cause problems. This lady clearly hates her job. The girls in the front were very nice, and helpful. There was a set of sisters there at the time. She helped me out a lot. Oh and one time they lost my test results, said nothing was wrong with me. Then found I had a bacterial and bladder infection, from a paper they misplace, 2 weeks later!!!

These people need to get some REAL help and REAL professionals and need to call people on their follow ups and call when something is wrong. ALWAYS running out on shots

Doctor is very UNPROFESSIONAL AND MAKES IT SEEM like she doesn't want to be there. Cmon then don't be a DOCTOR! Very RUDE and NEVER COMING BACK!!
