«An ECG recorded in the reclining and sitting position is significantly different from the supine and standing ECG and should not be used for clinical purposes » Why did BERNICE do mine while I was sitting in a chair. When I questioned her BERNICE said “ they” do this all the time! My appointment was at 8:15am and staff worker told me to arrive 30 minutes early knowing full well they did not open until 8am. Dr Nitanth Vangala may well be a good doctor but his staff is not trustworthy… and made me feel unsafe. I wonder how many patients don’t return because of his staff!?! Anyone else have their number blocked for submitting less than positive review?!? I gave this office 1 star so not sure why it is showing 3 1/2 Stars

Love Dr Vangala but staff is horrible. Trying to confirm meds and refill, 6 calls later still no response. Guess we need to start looking for another cardiologist.

I thought Dr. Rasania was incredibly thorough, very knowledgeable, and just generally kind. The staff may not have been the quickest or most responsive (likely understaffed, like every medical office in the world), but they were very pleasant and accommodating. No complaints from me!

This was a quality experience. All the staff were very caring and professional. The phlebotomy technician was the best I've ever had , I experienced absolutely no pain. All the technicians I encountered were the best. Highly recommend this pomona laboratory. This is a very professional and top-notch medical office.

Horrible customer experience. I saw Dr. Karyana ( new to the group), I was sent to him for urgent consult since I had recent heart attack. He lacks the confidence to order the right test (cardiac Cath), I have MD degree my self and I can tell. He ordered a wrong test and the wrong medication dose of what we discussed in the office. And after 6 weeks and multiple phone calls still I did not get the right procedure. If I die in the mean time, I instructed my family to sue them for negligence. I will change this group and I hope I will have a better luck with others.

Doctor is great, but office and recipient are the worst I have ever seen. A smile and kind word can go along way, that is what they are missing. Every interaction with them is worst then going to the dentist. I hate dealing with them over the phone or in person. My advice, do as I did and find another doctor.

Went in today for a skin cancer recheck appointment. Dr. Harper was fantastic ! I ended up needing a biopsy & was very nervous as the last biopsy I had in a different office was very painful, Dr. Harper made me feel very reassured & comfortable that this biopsy would be much smoother. The entire process was pain free and very quick! I was incredibly pleasantly surprised that I felt absolutely no pain at all. Overall great experience & will request to go back here for any future dermatology referrals.

Every time needed a prescription for my anti hypertensive meds and cholesterol, I always have to call this office to follow up. This time, I’ve called 3x and still does not have prescription authorization for a couple of my meds. It’s been a week when CVS submitted the request. Not safe.
