Showed up to try on some scrubs and Brenda worked me in even though they were busy with appointments. She hit the nail on the head with her recommendations and it did not take long to find a set I liked. Great service and lots of scrubs to try. Will definitely be back.

I had a pleasant experience shopping at scrubs, and beyond. Mario was exceptionally knowledgeable about the different scrub clothing lines. If your shopping in the store it's great. But, WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT order online from this business! The first time I placed an online order of $256 and express shipping of another $25 I didn't get my order when I was supposed to and when I finally received my order, I had 2 missing items and had to do a return. I placed an order of $118.00 on Nov 30, 2024 and was told they take a minimum of 2 days to process orders. It's been 4 days now going onto 5 and order is still pending! I reached out and there response was they cannot tell me when it would ship! In doing some research I found ALOT of other customers are experiencing this issue as well. I don't understand why they continue to allow orders they cannot complete?! The items I purchased were all in stock and I didn't need embroidery or anything special. It shouldn't be this complicated. Let's just say they do not care to inconvenience you. Amazon does a better job of getting your items to you then placing online orders for this company.

Great customer service! I am new to scrubs and stopped here for new scrub for my new job. I was helped by Luke and he was amazing. He was patience and made sure my needs were met. He guided me in choosing the right scrub according to my preference. Will definitely come back just for the customer service.

The store was nice and clean! Brenda was very helpful and assisted in me finding a new brand. Limited color selection in store, but size range variety helped with being able to see what fit the best.
