The young lady that greets you at the front desk is extremely rude and answers with smart remarks. I had to rent a wheel chair for a class assignment and the first two times I went in, she helped me. Both times she talked to me as if I was dumb. When it came down to the day to pick up the wheelchair I felt so uncomfortable going in but lucky she was not there, that day everyone was so nice and helpful. In that class I talked to a few of my other classmates and others agreed with me.

We purchased an arm/shoulder sling for 70.00. They measured but did it to large. We went home tried it on didn't fit, packaged it back up and went back to "exchange". "No we don't do that, no exchanges or returns that's our policy".

Better make sure what you spend your hard earned money on is the right product or fit. Better yet, go some where else!
