Nurses are kind, friendly, and damn good at their jobs.
Given all the issues and hurdles produced by the Doctor, it's impossible for me to comment on additional matters or services.
I can say this: When a Home Health Agency continues to provide care despite not having a signed order for the extension (only a verbal), and never receiving one (meaning they weren't getting paid), that speaks volumes about their high integrity.

Unfortunately another in a long line of companies interested in only one thing. Securing funding for Medicare. That's the number one objective
Patient care is not a priority. Shame on them for taking advantage of the HIV patients. Like I always say people who work for organizations like that are not there because they graduated first in their class they're there to make a paycheck . I was told all the things that they could do for me as long as I was there to sign the papers and get the Medicare and Medi-Cal cleared. As soon as that was achieved it was like I wasn't even there . And just like the previous review said bunch ofacam artists. But karma and the Lord above will get them in the end.

My experience with Home Health could hardly have been better. I am thrilled with the level of care I received. I nearly lost my foot in a car accident and I unknowingly had an infection in one of the suture lines. Thank goodness Home Health got called in to do my wound care. An infection in my foot was discovered by Susan, a Home Health Care Nurse, and she immediately called my surgeon to inform him of my state. I believe her field diagnosis and decisive action saved my foot. I'm a Worker's Comp case, and Home Health doesn't typically do seven-day-a-week health care, but my foot required it so the staff stepped up and showed up at my door every morning to help keep the infection from reaching the metal implants in my foot. I was told if the infection made it there I'd have to go back under the knife to get them removed, then out them back in at a later date. I certainly didn't want that. I was in a pretty helpless state, with a broken back and other injuries. Home Health called every morning to schedule a visit with me, they always checked my vitals, I was treated with compassion, and the nursing staff was very considerate of my home, my family and my emotional state. Anthony, Liz, Gina and especially Susan made a point to get the orders from my doctor for wound care and were extremely well coordinated with all four of my surgeons. I don't understand how this company could get a negative review. Any negative experience I've had so far in my recovery never came from Home Health. In short, I can't recommend this company enough. They're skilled, compassionate and they work hard to help. They really are life savers.

Company is scam artist. They treat there clients really bad. They stEAL from the government to make a living. Allowing there employees to make up time sheets. Barbara the owner very nasty person. Her staff are very mean to clients. She allows it. THEY ARE all very rude to clients. She neglects her clients. She even allowed her staff to abandon her clients(which means leave clients without coverage.) If your disabled and elderly DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. This company is very money hungry. They do not care about patient care at all. MONEY IS THERE MOTIVE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD CARE. KEEP LOOKING THIS PLACE IS NOT IT. They stEAl from clients to employees. There staff they have well some of them are very rude littls trolls. They do not provide care to clients. They will neglect your family. All they care about is a signature that willl get them paid. KEEP LOOKING! THIS PLACE WILL NOT PROVIDE PEOPLE WITH THE CARE THEY NEED TO MAINTAIN THEIR LIFE STILL. THESE PEOPLE WILL DRAIN THEM AND BRING BAD EMPLOYEES TO YOUR HOME. KEEP LOOKING ! KEEP LOOKING!
