This place used to be a private practice - they still act like it is. Treat people with rudeness and disrespect. And they will waste your time. Blank faces UNWILLING to help AT ALL. They will accept your referral from a doctor but not give you an appointment until 4 months later?(By that time I had another ENT issue that wasn’t the issue I WAS REFFERED FOR…..) They denied medical care, and EVERYONE gets paid no matter what so they really don’t care on how they treat you? Or if they treat them out AT ALL…. This is not a private practice anymore. This is for the PUBLIC — How embarrassing they didn’t have the money to keep the private practice. Got bought out by Enloe. And are 100% still not humble……

We were not given adequate post-surgical instructions, and did not hear back from the medical assistant after multiple calls. We ended up at the ER because of no response. When hearing back from the assistant several days later, they did not know the answers to our question, and we were told that they would call back but never heard from them. Great doctor but poor follow up.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Hashemi and his staff. We found ourselves in quite a situation and desperately needed to be seen. We knew an ENT would be required but started at prompt care. After entering and seeing there was not one open seat, we called Dr. Hashemis office, explained our situation and they agreed to see our daughter immediately. Not only did they see her quickly, every member of the staff was kind and caring. When it came time to schedule surgery, we experienced the same. Dr. Hashemi was kind, caring, prompt and respectful. We are so very grateful!

I was able to check in more easily by filling out forms through MyChart, so I only waited a little bit before being seen.

Dr. Kinder and her MA Nancy were very friendly, professional, and addressed my lesion situation on the same day. It's been healing well the last few days.

I was just here recently, the staff at the counter were pretty nice but I had a problem with the doctor I saw. I'm recovering from an eating disorder and commenting on my weight and that "rapidly losing weight" is a viable option for me was not at all conducive to a good mental state. Especially when the problem I went in for is something I've had for years and has been actively reducing my ability to breath. I just wish he would have phrased it better, or maybe just have not brought that up at all? You never know what problems people may be suffering with, not all of them are physical and visible. Doctors should know better.

Completely unprofessional, was told to cancel an appointment for my daughter and they would schedule for surgery, no one called to schedule, suddenly there are no notes for any of this, meanwhile my daughter is having dips in oxygen, had already been hospitalized a few weeks ago. I get put through to the office manager who is completely unhelpful and when I break down in tears and use a curse word, not at her mind you, just in the context of I cannot go back to the fing er again, she gets snappy and tells me not to curse. She cannot be bothered to figure any of this out for me. Complete nightmare to deal with

Plan on cancelling half your day, because their concept of scheduling and yours are going to be completely different. Three times in a row I have waited over 45 minutes (I’m on minute 57 as I type this) to be even called back. I understand it’s not up to the front desk staff how the doctor resolves his poor time management skills, but at least have some compassion for other people’s time. This would be forgivable if the doctor spent more than 5 minutes with you, but it’s hard to feel comfortable getting all your questions answered and feel like you’re not just another dollar sign. Please guys, treat your patients with some respect. Respect my time, respect the money they might be losing by taking off work. Respect the fact that you are a hospital based clinic and as such your contracted rates are astronomical. Respect the fact that since I am paying you hundreds of dollars of my hard earned money that I expect more than being ignored.
If I actually had a choice of who I could see due to a small network with my insurance, I would go somewhere else in a heartbeat. I hope someone who actually has any authority to change this reads this. Because you have one pissed off patient who is just trying to feel better.

I waited an hour and fifteen minutes to see the Dr. He took 2 minutes to check me out and decide everything is fine. If you have all day to spend waiting for 2 minutes of actual “Dr time” they will be perfect for you. If you have other stuff to do like a job, or pickup the kids , or other Dr. appts, or just life in general, then avoid this place.
