Everyone i encountered today was pleasant, knowledgeable, and explained every step of their evaluations. Dr. Reeve is a great doctor and surgeon! I highly recommend his office! Also, there are staff members that have been there 20+ years! That speaks volumes. I too have been his patient for 20 years now!

I came in early of my appt to fix some insurance problems. The front desk (Jasmine) was very knowledgeable to fix the problem. After which, I was checked in & seen immediately by his assistants & refractor. Dr Reeve is the best. He examined my eye thoroughly acc to my complaint.

The check in receptionist could have been a little bit friendlier. She wasn’t rude just more like she really didn’t want to be at work. Everyone else was very very friendly. Fastest eye appointment I’ve ever had. Dr Reeves was so friendly and kind. The women who did the test were very friendly and fun to chat with. I would recommend this eye clinic to everyone. Chico Eye Clinic not even close to a five star rating more like a 2. Reeves, wood a four star. No one ever gets five stars. There can always be improvement. If their check in receptionist was a little bit friendlier they would have gotten a five
