I purchased Unistrip blood glucose test strips to go along with the One touch Ultra 2 monitor. 300 for half the price I was paying for the Walmart brand equate strips. They are $21+ for 50. My dog is diabetic and I have to test him several times a day so I was going through a lot of strips. I'm so glad I found these.

The monitor that I ordered was dead on arrival. What a waste of my time and money!
The company responded immediately with a replacement and very good PR, however, the replacement was also DOA. With the purchase of new batteries it is working fine.

The fact I had no other choice but to choose USPS is in such bad form, I can not and do not want to go into it. First off, the "tracking" system was to update as it shipped on Monday. Wednesday came around and there was still no update, but stated it never left. Today being Thursday, I still do not have it and it is after 4:17pm. I was to receive it at 4, but then it changed to 5:50pm after the mail person showed up. No, I still do not have it, and if I had a choice of FEDEX or UPS I would have had it by now. My vet closes at 5:30pm and is in another town. Yeah, lucky me and the doctor is off on vacation after today. Thanks, Medical Supply Corner.

Update: The returns are just as special as this group of people never tell you the same thing.

Ordered a supply of syringes, pen needles, a Contour Next One meter and additional test strips. The Contour One Next meter takes a couple of days longer to ship because of demand. I received my complete order within about a week. Most importantly, these folks answer their telephone and return calls. Their customer service is excellent. I will buy from them again.

Ordered on the 25, it's now the 27th no refund yet they blamed me for thier site being wrong * have emails to prove* and I still have now saw a return of my money* DONT order from here* I'd leave -0 stars if possible

Charged about three times the standard rate for 2 to 3 day enhanced shipping. When package didn't arrive in time, was unable to track since tracking info that they provided didn't work. Three contact attempts with customer service to track shipment yeilded no help or response from them at all. Package did finally arrive, though several days later than their enhanced shipping said it would take.

At this time there seems to be a shortage of insulin pen needles. Almost everyone that had these in stock were asking extortionist prices. I found Medical Supply Corner during my web search. Compared to what others were charging the Medical Supply Corner's prices seemed to good to be true. In all honesty I thought this must be some sort of a scam. I am very happy to report that my suspicion was totally unfounded. Everything that they advertised on their website is absolutely true. I registered for an account with them and going forward will be purchasing my diabetic supplies from them.

I truly appreciate Medical Supply Corner for not taking advantage of people during these difficult times!
