I am so impressed with this place. It has really improved. The staff are attentive and the patients all seem happy. The Director was so engaged with them. I have no fear or concerns about the care my loved will receive. Thanks again to Lillian for giving me a tour. I am now considering a job here.

The wound care nurse Shavon is amazing. She provides quality care to all of the patients there. My aunt had a severe wound and the treatment plan she utilized healed it extremely fast. Riverchase is lucky to have her there as a nurse. It’s not about the money for her, this is truly her calling.

Multiple years of nursing experience in the LTC arena has afforded Mrs. Howard, RN DON the opportunity to grow in her expertise, share her kindness, compassion, and knowledge amongst her staff, residents, and family.
I can see the level of effort and work that she is pouring into the nursing department and requiring that her model be followed by her nursing staff to continue great care in some areas while working to make other areas better. She is also eager to help train the up and coming nurses that are in their learning phases. I appreciate Lillian and her staff for taking care of our local LTC community at Riverchase! Great Job Guys! Hats off to you Lillian. It is not an easy job!
