Being a paraplegic, double-amputee, I frequently use medical transportation. I've tried many different companies. Some were good, some bad, and some companies that cared nothing for your safety, who did and still operate illegally.
OnSite is NONE of these. They are the BEST. Not only are ALL the different drivers I've ridden with so far been extremely professional, but also confirmed that my chair was secure, my seatbelt was on, and that I was comfortable.
I've already found my favorite driver, Jose' (Josh). He's so awesome and friendly, Also, his stories make my rides go so fast, that I almost wish I had somewhere else to go!
Fernando, the owner, has assembled an amazing team. He should be very proud. I truly appreciate the new system he has had updated. It texts the rider letting them know that the driver is enroute, ETA, description of vehicle, driver name, etc. (I know it wasn't cheap.) This man is proof that there are decent company owners that put the safety of their passengers first. Believe me, I've ridden with many that just want to make a buck. OnSite is definitely not one of those.
(And no, I wasn't compensated in any way for this review. I just firmly believe in acknowledging those people who go out of their way to help others, no matter the cost or time.)

I would highly recommend OnSite as medical transportation for you or your loved ones. Benjey and Derrick arrived at TMH to transport my mother a couple of hours away to a rehabilitation facility after a stay in the hospital. They were very professional and jovial even when we were delayed a bit with our readiness for them. They proactively made the decision to send a female along on the ride to make mom feel more comfortable even though we had not requested one, those are the kind of decisions that separate a good company from a great one. I am grateful for the wisdom, thoughtfulness and kindness that they displayed to our family during a stressful situation. Thank you to Benjey and Dorsia for getting my ill mother safely to a place to help her heal. If you are in need of a non-emergent transport, you won't be disappointed with OnSite
