For the most part they have friendly employees. The doctors are available a few days a week.If you have basic medical issues they can help but anything else they will send you somewhere else. When I asked for help to get off an additive drug they prescribed Dr. Renae had no answers and appeared annoyed for a 5 min visit. If you have to go ask for Dr. Cook.

This is her daughter and she absolutely loves this place
They are amazing with my mom. She was completely comfortable. She is 84 very picky about her doctors . They took time and listened to her. Was very good explaining everything. I definitely recommend them. Professionl but had very relaxed environment.

Staff was amazing from desk to the back exam room. I've not been to a doctor in 12 years yet they understand my anxiety let my husband come back with me. I would recommend them to anyone such a sweet personable staff. That was made to feel comfortable and they listen to my needs that's a 10 in my book..

By far the best place to have a DOT physical done around Cullman(also the cheapest)! Staff is very friendly and professional. Way better than the "specialty' clinics around here. Truly a hidden gem located conveniently off of exit 299. Highly recommended for a DOT physical! Will visit again if other issues arise

I was very pleased with Renae Jones.She took time with me and listened.A lot of doctors don't listen truly and they rush.I. Had been suffering for months and desperately seeking help.She helped me.Changed my life.She even gave me the name and number of a counselor to see.I would highly recommend ABC to anyone who needs a doctor.
