This company should be ashamed of their services. We purchased a used Kirby lester (Pill counting machine) It has not work for more than 2 weeks and company is nowhere to be found. After we placed a bad review after trying to contact them for 3 months or more they decided to answer and with no respect so ever denied service or changing a machine that was never been able to be used for what it was intended. They fail to comply with Article 672.315 Florida Implied warranty; fitness for particular purpose.—Where the seller at the time of contracting has reason to know any particular purpose for which the goods are required and that the buyer is relying on the seller’s skill or judgment to select or furnish suitable goods, there is unless excluded or modified under the next section an implied warranty that the goods shall be fit for such purpose.

One star is giving this company too much credit, they deserve none. The customer service has been atrocious the part owner Chris Nolan is a scam artist. We had a water level issue with out M11 Autoclave. It took 32 emails, 2 dozen phone calls and our Dr to drive to the warehouse to get a hold of this company (which was filled with fridges and washing machines). The excuse was they don't answer the phones during a 2 week inventory session. Next excuse was lightening struck the building, after that is was a flood and they broke down in Miami. It was one lie after another. They finally brought the autoclave back 2 months later and fixed it with a used/ refurbished part. They would never show us the box the part came in. Once we used the machine it started making a loud screeching sound that never happened before it was in their possession. SBI proceeded to say that's normal and it was stop after the pressure expands and compresses the device they fixed. They said 15 cycles and it will end. We questioned them on that and they said it is what it is.
22 cycles later it was still making this terrible sound. All SBI said was we will come out and replace that part again and hopefully it will stop. They blamed it on the manufacturer and we will have to wait 2 days for a new part and run the cycles all over again. When the service guy Chris was here he was not driving a marked vehicle that was labeled SBI nor was the driver last time they brought it back. It was a personal vehicle he was driving. If you are a legit business wouldn't you have a marked company vehicle promoting your business? I would think so.
After calling another company for a 2nd opinion we were told all the repairs that are listed on the invoice are not even real parts of an M11 autoclave. Wow.... what a joke of a company.
How do you run a business and bring back a machine that still does not work correctly after 2 months? Now we have a pressure issue and not a water level issue. This is beyond crazy... This company is a fix it place. They do not know what they are doing when it comes to autoclaves.
We requested our part back that he took yesterday and denied us it because we canceled their services. We do not believe them and wanted a photo of the actual new part in its original box and Chris said declined that.
Bottom line is we are out $981.19 and our machine is missing the copper valve that Chris took.
Chris stated he is part owner and he by far so unprofessional and nasty.

The SBI techs are the most knowledgeable people I have ever come across. Eze not only took the time to explain exactly what was going on with our equipment but also provided us with temporary equipment at no charge while they repaired ours. Not only did they do component level repair ,which most people don’t do anymore most just want to replace all boards , but also gave us time lines and set realistic expectations on lead times. We couldn’t get a replacement board for one of xray machine and Eze literally rebuilt the old one to get us going instead of being dead in the water waiting 6 weeks for the replacement to come in. 10000% percent recommend them to all my colleagues.

SBI Medical has done an excellent job troubleshooting and repairing our medical equipment. Their turnaround time is very fast. We have used them for many years without any issues at all. I would highly recommend them.

This companies customer service deserves less than 1 star. I purchase and requested price for equipment and have not gotten an answer and is been weeks. Equipment purchased about 2 or 3 months ago has been service twice and now is MIA, nobody answers the phone or emails. I been in the pharmacy industry for over 17 years and trust me you want to be as far from this company as possible.
