I had a medical procedure that getting up to the standing position was an issue. I wasn’t sure if I really needed to rent a chair and at the last minute o decided I must have one. I called just 1 week before my surgery to order and have delivered, the recliner/lift chair. They were all sold out BUT, the owner put a rush in a brand new chair just for me. It was delivered the day I had my surgery!! It was a complete life saver, I slept in it for 2 week and used it allows me to have some independence. I’m only 54 years old and it helped me with my recovery so much faster by allowing me to be comfortable in all positions even sleeping!! . I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Medical Equipment Specialist. Extremely professional, caring, and accommodating!! The price was great too!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The experience that I had with medical equipment specialist s have been amazing. We were able to ask all the questions we needed and they answered them to their best ability. They made us feel like part of an amazing group that have come in and helped us with mobility. I was able to speak directly with a person at all times. So communication was on point and we really appreciated that. We think everybody involved for helping Casey Perez get out of the house finally after 10 long years. Mike and Jenee were extremely helpful in providing the services that I needed. They were quick and efficient to respond to requests and answered all my questions and concerns. It was nice that I didn’t have to leave my house. My equipment was dropped off to me and I was able to handle everything remotely. The rental process is super easy and purchasing as well. Great place and friendly staff. If I need any other equipment, I will use them again. Equipment was clean and functional when I received it.

Jeff came early today and fixed a scooter, thought a battery before. ,after many tests, he finally found the problem. Very good service, nice people, very fair price. I now have my back, been shut in since Christmas eve. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I am so impressed with this company at every level. The attention to detail and customer care provided by Jenee in finding exactly what I needed for my unique circumstances with respect to durable medical equipment i.e. bariatric hospital bed, air mattress, commode to Jeff and John with delivery, set up and educating myself and my family on how all of the equipment works. Each and every one of them were patient and understanding and took the time to listen and find answers if they didn’t have them immediately.
I had been trying to get a power wheelchair for 10 months with 2 other companies through my Medicare benefits. Those companies made it so difficult that my paperwork never got to Medicare. Medical Equipment Specialists knows exactly what their doing and worked directly with my doctor and physical therapist. I had my brand new power wheelchair in about a month. This wheelchair is a game changer for me.
I can’t say enough positive things about MES. I have nothing negative. I’m sure there’s a lot of folks behind the scenes of these three exemplary individuals that contributed to my amazing experience as well. This company has given me a better quality of life. I feel truly blessed that I found them.

My CPAP machine gave out suddenly one night, which led me to find a local supplier. I found that most medical supply companies in the area DID NOT carry CPAP machines. I thought I was going to have to order one online, and spend more sleepless, restless nights until it arrived. That is, until I called Medical Equipment Specialists. I was relieved to hear that they had equipment in stock and with a quick email of my prescription, they began to program a new CPAP machine for me. I drove up to pick it up and was given very professional treatment. Mike attended to my needs, explained clearly and patiently all I needed to know about the new machine. He fitted me for a new mask and sent me on my way as a very happy customer. I would definitely recommend this local place as a go-to for medical supplies. Their customer service was outstanding and they were the only provided within 50 miles that carried the supplies I needed.

So efficient, knowledgeable and helpful! After my mother had a stroke 18 months ago, they helped me with ordering equipment needed and delivered everything quickly to my parents home. Last week when I was visiting, I realized my mother needed a lift chair and called Medical Equipment Specialists again. Janee remembered me, looked up our file, quickly sent me all options and pricing, as well as links to check colors and told me which ones would be available for quick shipping. The next morning, she checked prices with me, arranged for quickest possible shipping ( no extra charge), and direct billed medicare for the portion that was allowed. The chair was delivered to my mother 48 hours after my first call, they removed the old chair, took all the packaging, etc. My parents did not have to do anything! Thank you Janee -you helped me take care of this issue in the 24 hours I was in Florida. It is so helpful to have a trusted and responsive supplier to help with managing my parents' care especially because I do not live nearby. Will definitely call them with any further needs.
