I have been a customer of OxyPros for 3 years. I've had a number of experiences with them regarding their equipment and mine. The customer service folks here, as well as the owner, are top notch. They are professional, thoughtful and easy to deal with.

In particular, Mac has helped me a number of times and is a good example of what good customer service is. I highly recommend this company for your medical needs.

I've lived in FL for my entire life, this is literally the worst medical supply company. They will get absolutely nothing done unless you call them constantly and push the transaction along.

I believe the main girl who does all of the paperwork was named Michelle. She works with the insurance. She isn't qualified to work the window at Burger King. For real. She doesn't do anything and the fact she is still employed here tells you there is no management here to be accountable to.

Second line is Rachael. Almost equally as worthless unfortunately. Literally ZERO gets done with her either unless you hound her repeatedly. Even then, nothing gets done.

This place is so poorly managed that it's hard to believe any positive review isn't an employee or company shill. Completely lacking all forms of management here. If you need supplies or anyone to manage that, literally any other company would be an improvement.

Rachel is wonderful. I switched to get the great care that OxyPros has shown me fir my Bi-PAP maching. She set up my acount and has been a absolute Angel to work with. Service and Staff are GREAT! Leslie is a professional and caring person. I have had a very long experience myself getting different equipment and they are truly life savers! I can not say enough good things about this business and Scott in particular. I was lucky enough to get their last Inogen unit (don't worry-they have other choices in stock, its true, as of April 2 at least) on his recommendation, and it is a super nice unit, lightweight easy to operate exactly what I sought. I needed the machine since our Exotic Bird Store is still open in Deerfield Beach (permissible by law as a pet supply store) so just in case an employee gets ill, we would at least have some oxygen to hopefully keep them out of the hospital (of course we are following safe distancing, curbside pickup etc. but you never know...). Not only did he follow up with a phone call to make certain everything is functioning properly but also he is sending a small part by mail (I went to the Stuart location) just because I may need it for my particular use. Honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Thanks Scott, gratitude.
