Today Miriam called to do my refill order. She was exceptional! She was very personable to work with, very thoughtful in her responses and an absolute pleasure to work with. I hope that our paths cross again.
Also, I have worked with Liberator Medical for close to twenty years and have always had an excellent experience.Twice during this timeframe I briefly tried local companies. One company had good service and staff but was bought out by another, non local company and no longer had the good service and staff. The other local company could not compare to Liberator Medical. I am very grateful for the great service and dependability I receive at Liberator Medical.

Wouldn't give a one star but had to. To post this. Keep getting my supplies open. Told them to switch shipping company and want a Signature still can't get it i have called them so many times. If this continues I will be switching because it seems they can't get it right.. Right hand does not know what left hand is doing for sure..I'm done being nice..

We have been purchasing catheters for my husband from Liberator for over ten years. My husband is a kidney transplant patient and it is important for him to have his supplies. My husband has been without catheters for five days now and has had to wash and reuse because Renee at Liberator is "too busy" to follow up on getting a new prescription. The doctors' office faxed the new prescription last week, but apparently it wasn't completed to HER satisfaction so rather than notify me, as she promised she would if there was a problem with the new prescription, since it is coming from a new doctor, she basically did NOTHING. We believed the catheters were enroute and being "rushed" as she promised , and instead, I find out four days later that they are not. Today is day 5 and I am ordering from a new company. If I could give them zero stars, that would be too many.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! I’ve been with liberator since 2016 and everything had been great until this week. They left me without supplies. I pay out of pocket so they were quick to charge my card but didn’t send any supplies. I called the day supplies were due to arrive and was told supervisor gave them the ok to expedite delivery for the following day which is today. Nothing has arrived, I’ve called them three times and all the keep telling me is they’ll call me back. They haven’t called me or given me an answer about my supplies. I literally have zero supplies and it’s quite frustrating!

Asked to use a different delivery company due to FedEx problems, didn’t happen. Called incessantly even when I notify them of adequate supplies to call back in a month. Call again next week, then the next week and the next week. Bug the living shit out of me ALL the time.

Poor service. Righthand does not know lefthand is doing. Order takers are lost in their job. Got reorder call, gave new insurance informstion. Was told would take 48 hours to verify. (To me, the order was "pending".) Got call the next day as if first call had not taken place Was told repeatedy it "was the system". ...but they invented "the system." Find another supplier...this one is clearly run by idiots.

My husband is now out of catheter supplies thanks to the-pardon the pun- "piss-poor" customer service this company serves up. Their policy is that you cannot place an order earlier than 14 days before your supply is depleted. We are now on day 15, and 5 phone calls have yielded nothing but hollow apologies and blame-shifting.

Anyone know of a more reliable resource for Lofric Origo coude tip catheters?

DO NOT GO THRU THESE PEOPLE!!!! My 80 year old mother has a colostomy and has had it over 30 years and never ever had problems getting her medical supplies . She is now 8 months without her supplies thanks to the incompetent people at liberator. Her pcp has given this office all paperwork needed and they cant find it . Going somewhere else to be liberated from these people!
