FRAUD all around. Please do not make the mistake of ordering from iRemedy as desperate as you are for any supplies. I'm still out $1200 for some meds that I ordered that showed available at the time on their website - only to received a message in the portal that it's unavailable from their supplier. Mind you, I did not even get an email update from them. They've made very suspicious claims that they've issued a refund or tried to issue a refund but couldn't such as my phone # and email address are invalid (NOT) and that their refunds are getting declined my bank - WEIRD i know, because this is the only time that's happened in the dozens of refunds I've had to request from other merchants. Despite knowing that they themselves canceled my order because of product unavailability, they had the audacity to fight the merchant dispute I filed through my bank for reasons that I did not contact them - like them canceling the order, product unavailability weren't enough for them to issue a freaking refund!

My husband needed medical supplies fast. His Amazon order was delayed so I took a chance and ordered from iRemedy yesterday afternoon. Imagine my surprise to wake up this morning to an email advising my order would be delivered today. I was skeptical until Fed Ex arrived before lunch. My order was here in under 24 hours and it was exactly what we needed. Thanks iRemedy for excellent customer service.

USPS sent my package across the country, iremedy got the brunt of my rage. They were very nice and fixed the issue and refunded my money AND gave me a discount code for my next order, despite the fact that it wasn't even their fault. I was livid and not very nice when I called. I prob won't order again from here as a consumer - they handle mostly large orders so it takes em a day or two to pick the order for shipping. But they get 5 stars for trying so hard!

Terrible! I ordered hair covers for my hospice agency to keep my staff safe while caring for COVID positive patients. Like many of the other reviews, they assured me it was in stock. 4 weeks later they notified me that they couldn’t fill my order because they needed to fill orders for healthcare workers! When I gave them the name of my company and told them my staff were on the front lines, I heard nothing back. Now they are emailing me daily about ordering more! Stay far away from this company!!

Placed an order for an item that was listed as available That was not currently available from other suppliers. Requested an update two weeks after the order asking if item was actually available. Was assured item was available but no ETA from vendor (which means unavailable)... Three weeks in I request an update but was assured item was still available with no ETA. At 4 weeks now and check the website, the item I ordered is no longer listed, waiting to hear back from them saying it is unavailable. I won’t do business with IRemedySupply again, there are much more honest companies that will tell you if something is actually available.

Ordered product for our X-Ray machine and only received partial order. I have left 2 phone messages and 2 e-mails but can't get a response back to either. This is a time sensitive matter and I'm highly frustrated with the lack of communication and professionalism.

"I wanted to place an order but the website is horrible.
It's not just apparent server issues. The search engine is just not good as far as recognizing products.
It was just too much of a hassle.
I hope y'all can get it worked out."

Now I can add that I could not send that message.

Beware - Unilateral Cancellation of Order
I placed an order online on January 26th 2020. The company cancelled my order due to lack of adequate inventory on January 31, 2020. By the time iRemedySupply let me know they were cancelling my order due to insufficient stick, other merchants ran out of stock. So iRemedySupply has left me in a lurch with no substantive apology.
A competent, capable and ethical on line merchant would have a basic system feature to not show a product as available and allow an order to be completed if the supply is inadequate. I would have been able to purchase the product from my local Target and other online merchants this past weekend. At this point, five days after I placed this order with your company, the product is no longer available due to demand. You have removed any doubt of your competence, capability and integrity as an online merchant.
