It seems the front end doesn't know what the from end is doing. In Sept. I had a annual wellness visit with the PA Daniel Correa. When I went to the front they asked me if I wanted to see the PA again for my next wellness exam and I said fine. They set my next appointment for March of 2025. I just called the office and advised that I don't have a prescription for a blood test. The said I didn't need one because this visit was a follow up. I told them it didn't make sense not to have current bloodwork for a followup. The receptionist responded that it wasn't need and my next wellness exam was in Sept 2025. Why would anyone go to a followup exam and not have current bloodwork

So sad that dr. Dube retired. He was wonderful . He took his time and he listened. He called you when your labs were done. And explained everything I had bloodwork done end of December no one called me with my results I had to call them. And schedule an appointment to get my results. Not happy about that. But more importantly why was I not called. I’m a little skeptical on staying with this practice for I found out I had some results that were a little elevated after I reviewed them myself. If Dr dube was still there I would have been called. Very concerning

I have had numerous problems over there. Starts with can not even call over there, VM no return call so about 1 year ago I just drive there for anything. Then prescriptions stop landing at Publix. Heart medicine and assorted various medicine. Now I'm driving there whenever I run out of anything. so Im slowly getting pissed. Serious tests like cancer screening. Test complete 2 weeks ago. no follow up I have to drive there to chase that type of stuff down.
In a nutshell I'm looking for a different provider for 2025. I would not trust this organization with the important job of healthcare. My doctor Richard Dube was great over there. I overlooked a lot of this because he covered the gap and poor patient experience.
He retired last year. Big loss.
For primary care this is not a well run organization.

My experience with Hillary Morris and her level of care is exceptional. That’s where my positive experience ends. Getting through to the office, getting a return phone call or reply to an email from the staff has been tedious and frustrating beyond belief! I’ve been trying to get a Rx approved with my insurance company and do the legwork; calling to get necessary information, filling out forms and sending them to the office to make their job as easy as possible. I’ve received no reply or response. I don’t get called back in a timely manner or sometimes at all. I know I’m not their only patient but the lag time is absurd.

Had a appointment with Dr Daniel and have to say all and all a excellent and smooth appointment. I would definitely send my friends and family to him got in earlier than appointment time and was seen and taken care of and on my way I went.front checkout ladies were also nice and greeted you as you came in . office was nice and clean along with the bathrooms all and all a great place for your health care needs and a doctor who doesn't rush you off someone who actually sits and listens to you.

Service in their office has gone down hill. My husband made an appointment at this office I have their written appointment card to prove it! When we got there they said no appointment was made and Dr. Dube wasn't seeing new patients.The appointment clerk was rude about it and not apologetic. Dr. Dubes' nurse said they always take new patients. My husband saw Dr. Bradley at the same place several years ago and wanted to try Dr. Dube out. That's why we made an appointment as a new patient for him. He saw no one that day! At the Primary Care in Stuart they used to do the lab work, blood withdrawals in the office. No more, now I have to go to Quest and sit in a jam packed room with maybe Covid patients?

I have been with Dr Dube For 20 years went today he retired so I had to see my doctor to get a refill on my prescription. She told me that I will not get it. I have to go see a neurologist after I’ve been on this medication for 12 years. Why wasn’t I sent neurologist back then all the damage I could have done to my body now taking this medication and now they want to see a specialist how much damage did you do to my body with this medication now you don’t want me taking no more these doctors do not know what they’re doing. They’re just harming us and we pay such high insurance premium. The only thing they wanna do is send from one doctor to the other and pay more money I am gonna look into this matter legally and get another doctor. It’s sad the doctor Dubay left. He was a great doctor.
