Check-in was simple and quick. The nurse, Cynthia, was very friendly and professional. Dr. Jacobs was on time. She is very thorough and explains her findings in understandable terms. The lab tech is very good collecting samples. Checkout and appointment scheduling is quick and efficient. A great visit!

Staff is friendly and courteous. They and Dr Tracy go out of their way to help you and give and get you the best care for your need. I followed Dr Tracy from her last office to here because of all she does for me as a patient. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a family physician.

I called in to see if they could get me a “same day appointment”. They set me up for 2:00pm. Because of my symptoms Dr. Jacobs came out to my car. She was great.
I had the same Doctor for some 20 years. He retired and recommended Dr. Jocobs.
I didn’t realize she was a “girl”…. I was actually happy. ( I think female Doctors are better)
I’m happy she was recommended. Very good personality.
