I was visiting Stuart area over the holidays and was looking for a 24/7 gym that had everything I needed to continue my Firefighter Challenge training. I contacted Mike and he was great to chat with and work out a win-win solution! The gym had everything I needed, the members were polite, clean, and focused. Mike met me in person and gave me a tour and a key fob and it worked out perfect! I would highly recommend 1Fitness whether you live or are visiting the area. Great gym and customer service!! Came to town for a work training, found this gym through a random search.
“Little” Mike was supper helpful by setting me up with access while in town.
VERY clean facility with just about everything you could need!
I would definitely be a member if I were local!

So I'm new here but so far the experience is great i spent days looking at all the gyms in the area looking at reviews there sites everything I saw this place an it stood out I came in talked to the owner very nice guy I talked to him and looked around and I immediately saw this man cares about every 1 that comes through that door he gives respect and its given in return. I instantly felt welcome. Give one fitness a shot you even get 7 days to come in no pressure at all. Get up get in here see you here.

The owner Mike is awesome, he went out of his way on a Saturday to let my friend and I into the gym . We’re here from out of town, as far as the gym. It is very nice. Very clean. It doesn’t have the weird commercial gym feel , People were very friendly. This is the place to go.
