Wonderful experience at 4EverYoung in Stuart! My esthetician Doris, was very knowledgeable about skin care and gave me helpful advice for my problem skin. I recommend the hydra facial with light therapy, well worth the money! The entire staff made me feel at home and the office is beautiful! I will be returning for future treatments.

I had my first HydraFacial at 4Ever Young in Stuart, FL, and it was an incredible experience! Doris is an amazing esthetician—knowledgeable, professional, and so friendly. The facility itself is absolutely gorgeous and immaculately clean, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The owners are fantastic people who not only run a top-notch business but also give back to the community regularly. It has taken me almost a year to write this review and at this point I just want a refund for the basically full syringe of filler that is in my bathroom drawer. That’s right, they sent me home with .6ml of lip filler because the injector was unable to place it in my lips due to the immense swelling caused by a botched “dental block.” (See pictures)

I now have a derogatory remark on my credit because 4Ever Young Stuart and its owner Steve refused to, at the very least, refund me for unused product due to their immense error. Not to mention the thousands of dollars in prior product that needed to be dissolved and the years of prior work erased. Before anyone asks if I tried to handle this legally, yes I did. I hired a medical malpractice lawyer. However, owner Steve, refused to cooperate and provide my attorney with the business attorney and insurance company for 4Ever Young Stuart. Instead he told my attorney that the medspa was “self insured” by him and signed an email with “Sincerely, Never Gonna Settle.” So if you’re planning on having work done here, I would be aware that they do not have insurance and if something goes wrong will not cooperate whatsoever to rectify the situation. Even though the paperwork you sign and disclaimers in no way mention, nor cover the additional procedure of a “dental block” or a 22g needle being directly inserted into YOUR LIP.

The trauma to my lips has caused permanent scar tissue and deformity. The toll it has taken on my mental health is immense but again, I am just here for my money back so I can get this charge off my credit. The owners know how to contact me to provide refund.

I had the best Hydrafacial and IV therapy experience at Forever Young! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, making me feel completely at ease especially since it was my first time. The service was top-notch, and I could truly see and feel the results. If you’re looking for an outstanding anti-aging solution, I highly recommend Forever Young. Hands down, one of the best!

From the front office staff to the owner and everyone in between, they are amazing! Such a beautiful and very clean office with extraordinary and knowledgeable staff! When you walk in the ambiance creates such a calm, comfortable and relaxed feeling which was maintained throughout my entire visit!
