I just wanted to make a review because of the experience I had at Pinacle. I must admit I was extremely nervous when I made this appointment. When I got to the office, I was met by an amazing lady at the front desk. She was so nice and did not make me feel like she was judgmental whatsoever. After that I met Dr.Kerri Varney. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease right away. She is very understanding and very nice. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I've been going to Pinnacle Wellness for a while now, and the whole team is truly fantastic.
Dr. Randy is amazing. He’s a doctor who truly cares and takes the time to listen, an just down to earth. I always feel like he genuinely wants to help.

My therapist, Damien, has been incredibly helpful in so many ways. He listens, remembers things I’ve said from session to session, an it shows that he’s not just there for a paycheck like some others. He’s taught me different ways to think about situations, which has made a huge difference in how I manage life’s ups and downs. Thanks to him, for real.. I feel more in control of my emotions an better equipped to handle both the good and bad days.

I just wanted to acknowledge the impact the office in a whole, but definitely give a huge thanks to Dr. Randy and Damien. Thanks yall

I can honestly say that Dr Kerri Varney is an amazing doctor. The staff in this office are extremely respectful and give exceptional care. I honestly feel like Dr Karri is extremely easy to talk to. You can ask anything at all with no judgment! I feel she was extremely knowledgeable about any aspects of the care you need.
I would definitely refer anyone thinking about finding a truly fantastic Dr for your own personal health journey!

I have been to A few programs, my opinion, Pinnacle wellness Has been the best one so far. I was going to New Horizons, but I felt in my heart that there employees were not in it for the right reasons, and they were very judgmental and couldn’t really relate or understand when I would talk to the doctors. That’s one thing I love about Pinnacle.
First moment I walked through the door!!! Everyone was very nice and helpful, especially the receptionist Mrs. Regina.
The staff at Pinnacle will actually take the time to listen to you and treat you like a human being. Unlike New Horizons you’re made to feel like you’re just another number 😞 and when you are in recovery that truly means a lot And very thankful Because if it wasn’t for Pinnacle, I probably would not be here right now.💯 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My nurse Loni is getting my wound care under control. She has very nice personality and I appreciate all her help. Most everyone who I’ve met with this firm have been great. Highly recommend this company

Dr. Polsky is wonderful. Definitely make sure that you keep all receipts and make sure that receipt says exactly how much you paid and how you paid. I have been seeing these people for a few years and I always pay with services rendered. All of a sudden I get a bill in mail saying I still owe money for services rendered. Now I know that I was in March 22 and at that time they had somebody new at the desk. I know that I paid 50 in cash and the rest was on my debit card. I am extremely upset for getting a bill when I always always always pay. Never owe anything.. and as far as the answer in service, forget it. Whoever was in charge this time around for answering the phone for them was very very rude. I would not have her answering my phone. If she’s gonna have an attitude because she is upset for answering all the time well then newsflash get different job.
