This is not about the campus, this is about a specific doctor

Dr. Zeidan Hammad is the worst primary doctor I have ever seen. He should be fired. If you want to save yourself stress do not ever see him. My fiancé has gone home crying multiple times from him. Finally able to get her a new primary.

First I went for urgent care one weekend for a rash, the urgent care doctor said I had shingles. She gave me anti viral drug valcyclovir and steroid Shot. I took the the valcyclovir and notice on the second day that it was not healing, but took it for 2 more days, it seems like I was getting worst. So I stopped, I went in to see them.again the following weekend. So 7 days later. I went in the urgent care again and saw a different doctor, This time I got an ointment to put on my rash. It worked by the 2nd to 3rd day. So the 1st doctor misdiagnosed me, but still I was charged for both visits.
2nd. I needed a primary care doctor and the doctors in this group was in my network,so I got an appointment. I saw a women doctor the first time she scheduled a followup visit for my yearly obgyn. The 2nd visit i got differnt doctor along with a student doctor for my obgyn visit and medication. This doctor schedule followup about my medications.

3rd visit. A different doctor. I told her I have body aches when I wake up each morning. She puts me on a different medication. I ran out because they gave me a 30days. I asked my pharmacy to ask for refills and I wwnt in my chart.
The facility denied my refill saying the doctor doesn't recognize me as a patient?!

It is really upsetting that a medical facility function like this with a Human being . I went 5 times and saw 5 different doctors and 1 student !! And the last doctor denies my request for a refill because she doesn't recognize me as a patient!!!

You charged me 5 times!!!
I know the doctor is probably must of forgotten me, but the staff should at least support the doctor and look up my history! Even time I go.. they are always looking up what happen last time!
So, I guess am just $$$$$$$$ to them!
