I had an appointment with Dr. Duplessie. He held my appointment at the time it was scheduled and was very informative of what could help me with chronic pain and recommended a few things that help others. Was very pleased with the punctuality and pleasantries with the doctor and was personable with me during the visit. Definitely recommend!!!

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!! They will require you to pay the full amount in advanced, then move your appointment without telling you, will not send any sort of confirmation or reminder messaging, then when you show up at your appointment time they will tell you too bad you missed your appointment and try to say you are S.O.L.. I mean I really had to act up to get them to refund my full $145. Go look at other 1 star reviews- I am not the only person who has had this sort of interaction.

I left without being seen and only got my amount after acting like a complete fool. I called TWO other clinics in the area. Both clinics said OF COURSE they send out confirmation messages, that I'd never be asked to pay in advance, AND IT WAS NEARLY $100 CHEAPER TO GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!! Stay away from this place- there are more reputable places to get your certification.

Dr. Horsham was very easy to deal with. She had everything in order and she reads the files before you see her. Very very pleased with this appointment. I definitely recommend using sanctuary wellness for your appointment!!

Set an appointment for eight thirty am where I drove an hour in a half to get there, when I arrived the establishment was closed. I proceeded to wait until someone would either answer the phone or unlock the door. The wait for someone took forty minutes and when they finally spoke to me they told me they canceled my appointment. They never emailed or called or text me for the reschedule. The guy on the phone working for them could care less about the situation, my second time going through them and I had problems first time too. Would recommend going through someone else. Also they told me they would refund me and never did. Waited 17 days for a refund never got it.
