Ive been going to Max Health for about 4 years. Jessica always does an amazing job being thorough in explaining my labs to me and answering any questions I may have. Everyone is so sweet and friendly. My daughter is always center of attention when she comes with me. I couldn’t imagine ever going any place else. It feels like I’m being treated by family.

As someone who sufferers from multiple health conditions that make life hard I was hesitant about finding a new doctor, but I’m so glad I did. Not only did the doctor listen to everything I shared , his staff is very welcoming & accommodating. Every time I call, they try to schedule me an appointment as soon as possible & they even went out their way to schedule transportation when I didn’t have any… 10/10

I have been coming here over two years, I was nervous moving from out of state looking for a new doctor but dr. SANCHEZ OJEDA is amazing, and I absolutely love JULIE ❤️ she always gets everything I need right and done so quickly! Also the girl in the lab that takes blood is amazing too !

Dr Jessica is a wonderful Dr she listens to everything I have to say and helps me figure out what is best for my needs they are also very quick to get you in I've never waited in the lobby more then 5 minutes nor in the room just amazing doctors

Although everyone is nice and professional, I have been coming here for almost a year now and they have given me no relief from my symptoms.I have a bit of a communication problem with Dr Sanchez. First I was told I had hyperthyroidism. I went to an endocrinologist and she said my blood work was normal and I don't have hyperthyroidism. Dr Sanchez had tried 2 medications for it but the side effects were awful. I then asked him to check my estrogen level and he said I needed blood work to see. Then he gave me a prescription for estradiol. This was before they even took blood work to find out! Anyway, bad side effects. I ended up having a full blown lady cycle. I'm 63. If I don't get relief soon I'm going to step in front of a train.

From the beginning this MaxHealth was and is 100% better than the other one I was a patient at and believe it or not, I see an actual Dr here and I’ve been there 3 times and have seen Dr Sanchez each time. He is awesome and is very thorough, takes his time and really cares. All the staff is very accommodating, caring and there to help. So far so good

Very positive experience beginning with the initial setting up the appointment on the phone, to the medical technologist and Jessica the nurse practioner. All the staff I met were professional, attentive, and treated me very well. It was a pleasantly surprising change in comparison to the hurried, rush environments I have experienced in other medical offices.

I had a great experience at Max Health Lakeland. The place was clean, staff was kind and helpful and Dr. Concepcion was very thorough ,caring and very friendly. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. Definitely will recommend her to anyone looking for a new doctor.
