I have only been going to this clinic for roughly 6 months and so far I have nothing but good things to say. Dr Vivian Virella Guzman Internal Medicine has been such a wonderful doctor to me. She really listens to my concerns and addresses them promptly. She is also efficient. Most doctors never call you back but she always does and it’s in such a timely manner. She goes above and beyond. When I went to my very first appointment to see her I was full of anxiety as I don’t like changing doctors. She completely eased my worries. I have a ton of medical conditions that must be addressed and she has met all my needs. The phlebotomists there are also very talented. It’s nice that they only stick me once & get it the first time. I strongly recommend her and her office. The last thing I would say about her personally is that she makes you feel like you’re her only concern. She’s kind. She’s always smiling and that makes a huge difference for someone like me that doesn’t like switching doctors but it this case. I’m so glad I did.

The staff member Melanie; Doctor Hernandez and his assistant they all were great! I went there today as a new patient and could not be more satisfied and pleased with their service; they make you feel in good hands; well treated. The doctor Hernandez answered all my questions and provided an action plan for my condition; he’s very knowledgeable and connect with you as a human being; he’s a good person and made me feel like he cares about his patients. Melanie at front desk was smiley and real nice with me; I’m staying in this office; not going anywhere else

I love my Dr. Hernandez and his MA Amanda. They are amazing always going above for my care. They are great with keeping up with my referrals and medication. Dr. Hernandez always take his time to reiterate our plan of care and I will appreciate them for that. Dr Hernandez and his MA Amanda are excellent, highly professional and respectful. Dr Hernandez is an amazing provider and takes the extra measures for his patient cares.
