Dr Jafri is amazing! Very patient and answers all questions. She is great at responding when you ask a question on portal.
Staff is amazing. It’s scary being a first time mom and finally glad to find a Doctor willing to work with parents. No long wait times. Nurse practitioner Raissa very nice as well.

I noticed all “bad” reviews are from doctors no longer there. Dr Jafri now in charge of clinic.

I’ve been taking my children to Robinson Family Clinic for 2+ years now & have always had a great experience.

As a new mom, I’m always worried “am I doing this right?” or “is the baby okay?” Dr. Jafri & the staff always make it their top priority to handle my girls (& their panicky mama—me) with care… Answering every question & always going the extra mile to make us all feel better.

Though they don’t take our insurance, the out-of-pocket cost for the high quality care you receive feels like a steal & the times that we’ve had to go back more than once (ie checkup on an ear infection or sickness), the cost is adjusted accordingly.

Hoping that Dr. Jafri can find some more great doctors like herself so that even more people can be treated with such great care at Robinson Family Clinic.

No issues. Great staff. I've been taking my little one there for 3 years now. The lady the was talking about the chairs is funny. I'm not paying to sit in chairs. I'm paying for the doctor and the knowledge they have to give. Silly lady.

Wow, what a great doctor we have found in Dr. Jafri! She truly listens to her patients and provides excellent care and treatment. Dr. Jafri has so much experience and knowledge and an amazing team/staff that make you feel like family. Thank you Joyce, Terry, and Andrea for working us in, and getting questions answered when we need help. A doctor and team like this are hard to find, and my family and I are grateful.

Shocked at the treatment I received from Dr. Jaffri and one particular member of her staff, namely at the front/ reception desk. And I am not the only one who was treated rudely and unprofessionally by this employee. And after I referred multiple other patients there, bringing in considerable business, because I initially believed that my health and well being were the doctor’s priority; until I discovered she apparently cares more about money and also her employees, whom she blindly believed and sided with (even the ill mannered, rude staff member who apparently had an agenda because she disliked me), to the point of telling me I needed to find another doctor! Over a disagreement with an unpleasant and unprofessional employee.!?!. Rather than protecting and helping her patient, and abiding by the Hippocratic oath she swore, Dr. Jaffri showed poor judgement by allowing a petty and dishonest employee of hers to cause me to be discharged from the clinic! This was after spending several thousands of dollars on appointments, including bloodwork (allergy testing which I paid for and still never got to review the results with the doctor), I.V. vitamin and other infusions, supplements, etc.

One time the I.V. was not even in my vein correctly, so that my whole arm swelled up, and the vitamin infusion did not get into my system, not to mention my arm was painful and swollen. Rather than having me come back to do a new infusion, she still charged me full price for the infusion I never even got because the nurse did not have the IV in my vein and I had a massive swelling as a result. They tried to tell me the infusion was still effective, and because a third of the fluid was gone I still had to pay for it. That is just one example of the poor treatment and unprofessionalism I encountered. But being one of the only type doctor she is in this area, she knows she has power over people and Dr Jaffri was VERY aware when she coldly kicked my out of the clinic (for voicing my opinion), that I was at the lowest point in my life! My stepdad had just died, I was trying to care for my elderly, widowed mother (who Dr. Jaffri labeled a narcissist, and suggested I read, “Walking on Eggshells”), Jaffri also just diagnosed me with ADHD, starting me on medication for that, as well as anxiety; and knowing the trauma and stress I’ve been through, and was currently struggling with, she added to that, causing me more pain, stress, depression, and anxiety, which as a physician is unconscionable. She never even reached out to me or followed up or cared about how I was doing and what I was going through. I would really like to know how you justify treating a patient this way. In my time of deep suffering, excruciating pain, and major depression, stress and anxiety, how can you, as a physician, refuse to continue to treat me? Regardless of whether or not there was a disagreement?, or you truly believed someone’s lies about me. If those things had actually happened (tho the version you chose to believe was highly exaggerated), wouldn’t that go along with everything I was going through at the time!?! And you knew me as your patient! You knew I was not that kind of a person. I never treated you or anyone in your office with disrespect. Only one person who I did not get along with because of the way she treated me!! And I have been told similar stories about the primary party in question, from friends, and even other former patients as well. I am, and was extremely hurt by your (mis)treatment of me Dr. Jaffri.

Absolutely the best care I have ever received. The staff is always respectful and helpful, I never feel that I wasted anyone's time even if I forget to get labs or something. Dr. Jafri is always been transparent with me sincere. Even though I haven't been going there very long the DR Jafri is personable and I feel has had more help to offer then any other doctor I have been to. Thank you Robinson family clinic you will always be my health hero.

I am so thankful I found Dr. Jafri! She’s an excellent doctor, and you can tell she appreciates her patients. She doesn’t gaslight you when you have questions or concerns. The staff is awesome as well!

After dealing with multiple ongoing health issues for five years as a result of a car accident, I found my way to the Robinson Family Clinic. There, Nurse Practitioner Erin took time to listen and truly hear what was going on with me. I was treated with a supplement and FSM treatments and now I am feeling better than I have in years! Where traditional doctors and hospitals wouldn’t take me seriously and just kept throwing prescriptions at my problems, everyone at the Robinson Family Clinic helped me get to actual healing!! I will forever be grateful to them all for their kindness, their care, and their dedication to their patients!
