Like many other reviews here I'm rating this place so low only because of the horrible front desk staff. There is no reason these 2 women should be the first 2 faces people see when they walk into an urgent care, already not feeling well. Not only were they incredibly degrading & rude to me, multiple times, I watched them talk so poorly to every other person that came in.
They first, cut me off multiple times not allowing me to explain my symptoms, so badly that when I went into the back, there was confusion on what I was even there for.
Second off, I could barely talk due to loosing my voice, and one of the women literally walked into the back, asked me a question, and got frustrated when she couldn't hear my response. I have barely any voice due to COVID, which is literally why I'm there. Also, why should a patient have to yell their business for an entire waiting room to hear?
Third, I simply asked them for a work excuse note after being done with my visit with the doctor. When I tell you the first woman looked DUMBFOUNDED as to why I was asking and asked when I had been seen by a doctor. I was literally just in the room? After giving me a run around, she reluctantly gave me a note, not before she could tell me to "sit down and wait for it".
The nurses & Dr. Steve Tyree (I believe that's who I saw) were incredibly nice and helpful as I am on day 10 of COVID symptoms and feel like I'm only getting worse. When I first walked in, I contemplated leaving due to the front desk women, but I'm glad I stayed for the care of the providers.
It seems like Watson Clinic Xpress could not care less about the fact that these 2 women have been condescending to almost every other patient, so badly that we feel the need to leave a review. I have tried to think about my visit in every point of view because as someone who works in health care, I understand dealing with patients, but I never would treat my patients the way I was treated, and see no reason why I would.

If you're in a rush or have some sort of time crunch, don't come here. We were told a 3.5 hour wait. We are at the 2 hour mark and we still have quite an amount of people still ahead of us. They have no system to text us when they are ready for us. The seats are super uncomfortable. There is only 1 TV that is only playing the news. This is a family medical urgent care but there are no accommodations for kids. Just go anywhere else if you can. Especially if you think its urgent. This place's name does not match its service time. The people are nice and thats about all it has going for it.

Our family is thankful that Xpresscare is just a stone's throw away from our home. All its doctors, nurses, front desk staff, and security officers who assisted and treated us during each urgent visit could provide a rewarding master class in generosity, welcoming warmth, and obvious concern for our health needs and well-being. We always feel embraced, reassured, and empowered, prodded to take care of our health as we follow their recommendations. Just this week, I went to see Dr. Dhariwal to treat a stubbed toenail that peeled off. The pain was excruciating. His treatment regimen was exemplary. Nicole, RN, cleaned, medicated, and bandaged it so well that the podiatrist's nurse during the follow-up even praised how the wound was cared for and wrapped perfectly. Thank you, Watson Clinic, for your Xpresscare presence in our family members' lives.

Would not recommend! The front desk workers are extremely rude. I take my child to a pediatrician at this same office with Watson Clinic, so when my child fell and busted her head open, I took her here to get it cleaned up and stitched up. I called on my way to make sure they could see her, and they said bring her in. When I arrived, with a 3 year old who is bleeding from the head, she asked me about my insurance information. They had all of my information on file. She proceeds to tell me that she is doesn’t “think” they take my insurance, and that she is surprised that my Watson Clinic pediatrician does. I explain that I’ve been seeing the pediatrician since my daughter was born, and I’ve never had an issue with the insurance. She then brings out a big binder to look up everything. I finally just said, if it was an issue, I would go somewhere else. And that I was very upset that I had a three year old bleeding from the head and the most important thing to them was payment. I left and went to Bartow Regional, and they were wonderful! It’s become evident to me that the whole Watson Clinic organization has lost its passion to care for their patients. Its main focus is the almighty dollar. I am seriously considering changing my daughters pediatrician, my doctor, and my OB/GYN. Also, this is not the first time the front desk worker has been extremely rude to me.

Thankful Xpress care is open on the weekends and for the Dr my son saw today. Even with quite a few people there waiting we got in rather quick. They always have done a thorough job when we go here. Glad the Dr ordered an xray for my son and was able to determine he had bronchitis and on the verge of pneumonia.

0/10 would not recommend. The front desk staff I encountered on this first and last visit was rude and confrontational. A nurse who I was not even speaking to was also rude and confrontational toward me because I *gasp* left the parking lot with my small sick child for the 3 hour wait which, had I known the wait time before I checked in and paid my copay, I would not have even done those things and we would have gone elsewhere to begin with. Someone smarter than me outside was on the phone with another urgent care whose wait time was 30 minutes at this exact time. Will go there next time.

Came in for a bad cold! Dr Cruz was great! Front Desk is always so rude. They talk to to you like your a child or below them. The first step to great customer service is a very friendly receptionist at the front desk. That is the first point of contact. Watson Clinic you need to start taking notice of how the front desk workers speak to the patients.

Dr. Band was excellent provided treatment in a professional yet friendly manner.

I had to do a follow-up two days after my initial visit which was scheduled and he addressed the issue I had since the first day.

I could not have asked for a more comfortable atmosphere. The nurses were great as we're all the other staff.
