The nurses are not necessarily rude but many (not all) seemed uncaring and slightly neglectful; my doctor and therapist were pretty helpful though. There is very little to do and for me personally it made my psychosis and paranoia much worse before it got better with medication. I also had requested something to help me sleep and calm down and it took me almost 2 days to finally even get anything. I slept for one hour the first night. Most of the nurses pay very little attention to you and sit at their station on their computers with AirPods in. The only things there that made me feel nice were the rare occasion they allowed us outside or conversing with other patients.

I give NO stars...please avoid this facility at all costs. They do no discharge planning and did not contact family members before putting our loved one in a transport home without anyone's knowledge. Based their unsafe discharge plan on an OT assessment done over a week ago. Family requested they discharge to skilled nursing and rehab center and they refused.

Had to give a star to get on here but wouldn't give this place one otherwise. I do not recommend this place at all !! My son went there for help & they misdiagnosed him therefore got no treatment then discharged him miles away from home. This ended very tragically!! My son would be 41 today . I'm heartbroken for ever !!

Jezz was an awesome staff member. She is bright and her aura shines brighter than a diamond. 5+ stars. If it wasn’t for the helpful and nice staff it wouldn’t have been a pleasant experience for someone going through mental issues so I recognize the efforts in onboarding staff members that love to interact with patients and are grounded in their efforts to improve quality of care. In terms of security it is restrictive but is modernized has a nice courtyard and nice rooms. The mattresses need an overhaul though, sleep is important in mental health and the quality of the mattresses is below average poor. The food is ok hospital food, fyi and the menu is pretty extensive. Bathrooms and showers are modern and nice, only wish they had some sort of bench to place your clean clothes on. It’s not hygienic to place things on the floor or on top of the toilet disability railing or on top of the faucet which are the only options I could find. Best luck to all in recovery.

Only gave a star to write the review
This place neglected my nephew when he was transferred from another county. Not only did they not help him but released him hours away from home with no phone, money or any treatment. Sadly he never made it home alive ! So much for emergency stabilization as stated on their website😢

Staff for ECT treatment at the facility feel like family. I try to let them know how much their kindness means to me! That is a very important part of mental health IMHO

This facility is brand new and very nice. The staff is superb, from the security guards when you arrive, to the receptionists and the medical staff. The medical care staff are compassionate and kind, and treat their patients with dignity, not as society's outcasts. It is never easy leaving a loved one in a medical facility, but knowing how well cared for they are there definitely made it easier.

This place is terrible! My spouse was a voluntary inpatient at this place, and according to the nurses and social worker, he was doing very well when they discharged him but he was in fact not doing very well, and now, two weeks later he is still unwell. The biggest problem I have is that I have been trying now for two weeks to get a hold of the social worker. Her name is Lori and she has never returned any of my phone calls. I have been trying to get paperwork documented by somebody at this facility so that I can turn it into my husband‘s work to get his leave of absence approved and these people are the worst when you’re trying to get information done, Then today I spoke to a lady there at this facility named Henrietta and she was very rude and had a horrible attitude and was not very helpful at all so I don’t even know if my message is going to get to the right person Jake who was my spouse social worker. This whole facility needs better workers, and better care, and better communication and less attitude!!!
It’s very frustrating when all I need is a couple papers filled out by the physician and you call people and they never call you back. What’s the point of even being there and having that job if they can’t do it productively!
