I’ve been Going to oh my dog for a few years now let me first start by saying the owner, Tim is awesome! He is very kind and Always bends over backwards for you. He has great variety and if he doesn’t stock it, he can probably order it for you. Cheaper. If you are still buying dog food and supplies from other pet stores, you’re making a big mistake.

Love this place!! The owner is such a nice man, we came in with my puppy and he was amazing at recommending what to do and not to do. What treats are good for what stage, grooming products, etc. We had a great experience, they have a great selection and prices. We'll definitely be back!

Let me start by saying that the young girl
That does the grooming is very sweet & this is not her fault. I had two cancellations recently (illness & my mother died). Went in today (a little late - which I called in advance). The older man (who I think is the owner) began to question me and was rude. When I explained that my mother had died - he continued to yell & was very unprofessional. I turned around and left with my dogs!

The owner is very knowledgeable and a very nice person. I always find what I am looking for, and if they don’t have it, he can order it for me.
Great assortment of frozen food, primal, open farm ecc. Highly recommend!

I took my dog here for grooming a couple of times. I had an appointment one Saturday, but something was going on, and I forgot about the grooming appointment. No excuse. I forgot.
I was told they would no longer take me as a customer. I had cost their establishment money. It was explained
there was the money I would have paid, and the money they would have made serving another customer. I apologised. I didn't do this on purpose. It was a mistake. That didn't matter. No consideration. My husband went a couple of months later to try and resolve the issue. To no avail. We were a bad risk as future customers.
I'm taking my dog for grooming somewhere else tomorrow. I don't like to give bad reviews, but I don't need the embarrassment Oh My Dog offers.

Owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Always willing to take the time to help me find the exact product for my Emma. The groomer always gets her cut exactly the way I want. Emma is a Large hybrid, so I've designed my own style for her. Fabulous place!

Just like the rest of the reviews, the owners father who sits at the front desk answering calls is always upset and very rude. My husband called days in advance to reschedule because he had a heart surgery and now the guy is being rude treating us as if we are not long time loyal customers to these people. Groomer is amazing but besides that take your business elsewhere. Remember we DONT need you, you guys NEED us to keep your business running. So keep treating people horrible and where that gets you! We will take our business to WAY BETTER GROOMERS IN TOWN!

The guy over the phone is rude and has no CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! My dog has been going here since she was a puppy! We missed one appointment due to family emergency tried to explain to the rude man and he flat out told me we weren’t ever allowed to come back. Then proceeded to tell me I can go to petco and pet supermarket but they will not treat my dog correctly. Who are you to say any of this, you have a business because of us!! Don’t think your any better than anyone else knowing there’s a lot of groomers with better customer service and professionalism in Lakeland! Glad you showed your true colors because my dog would never come back even if she could!! Ohh the groomer herself is so sweet and she does a great job my opinion get out of business with this guy before you lose all your customers 🙂
