Brian recommended "elite" package with extra accessories. Only ended up using chair. Invoices are only received After payments are taken from bank account. Was charged $60 for the mirror as I forgot to return, offered to send it to be refunded, he said no. Further, he said a packing return list was included but it was NOT. He insists he put one in tge box. I have paperwork and there is no checklist sheet for returns. So fir two weeks, paid $340.00. I do not recommend. Nice when ordering but abrupt and a bit abrasive if an issue arises.

I was preparing for a Vitrectomy to mend a macular hole and I knew that I would have to be face-down for 3-7 days. I couldn't imagine being horizontal and face down for that long, so I researched recovery equipment and found this awesome company! My questions were answered quickly and once I placed the order, the equipment was delivered to my door within a couple of days! I rented the "Total Package" and that gave me so much flexibility to change positions slightly while still maintaining the necessary face down position. Thank you SO much, Vitrectomy Recovery Solutions for making my recovery much easier than it could have been!

Equipment was in great shape and served my husband well, the only problem is BE VERY CAREFUL TO RETURN EXACTLY ON TIME! We did not have paperwork in the box which said it had to be mailed back exactly on the eighth day. Starting on the eighth day you are charged. I was waiting on an insurance form to be returned from doctors office to include in the box. Again, equipment was very helpful for our week face down BUT BE CAREFUL ON RETURNING!

My husband is recovering from his fourth vitrectomy and we have used the equipment from VRS each time. I cannot imagine how we would have survived the recovery process without it!!! The equipment was delivered on time and in great condition. Brian set it up and helped adjust it for my husband's needs. If you need a vitrectomy please please please do yourself a favor and get this equipment from VRS!!!
