Both my husband and I are retired Air Force and have used Apollo since 2011. They come to your house and explain equipment. They’ve gone out of their way to ensure I have everything I need. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially the military community.

I have worked with Courtney on several occasions and she is super helpful and full of great advice. I was having major issues with my Sleep Doc and his staff. They were unwilling to provide me a RX without coming in for a new sleep study and I had just had one, six months ago. My insurance will not pay for another one that soon so I spoke with Courtney and she had some very valuable suggestions. I followed her advice and had my RX a few days later. She also assisted me in getting set up in a new device. Courtney has always been super respectful and helpful beyond what is required!!! Thank you Courtney!!!!!!

I have been dealing with the folks at Apollo Medical Services since receiving my CPAP unit from them in January 2015. Unfortunately my experience has not been very positive. Their customer service has been substandard from day one. I made multiple calls to the representative who delivered my unit because I had questions regarding a few features and he would not return my calls. I made an in-person visit to their office to voice my concern and decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, the service has not gotten any better. The only positive comment I have for this company is that on one occasion, I received a call the manager who made an effort to address another customer service shortcoming.
Recently my unit power supply failed while I was out of town. The representative was adamant that it had been struck by lightning or was affected by a power surge even though I told her there had been no signs of lightening in or around the area and that I was using a surge protector with my unit. She assured me she would get a unit mailed out to me via UPS immediately. I phoned on Wednesday and as of today (Saturday), I have yet to receive the power supply and have been sleeping miserably for the last four, now five days and it will be a total of six days before the power supply is delivered. While driving back from out of town, I called again to verify that my power supply had been sent. The representative told me that she sent it the day after I phoned but could not assure me that the item would be delivered, blaming UPS for their delivery methods. I asked for a tracking number and she was unable to provide one. This is totally unacceptable service considering I live approximately 17 miles from the office. If I had been in town, I would have insisted on picking up the unit myself, especially if I had known how inefficient they were at ensuring delivery of items.
If this had been an isolated incident with their customer service, I would not be so quick to give an unsatisfactory review; however, this seems to be a pattern.
I think it's time for a divorce from this company. I'm ready to go back to the fantastic service I received from my previous supplier in Alabama. At least I know the service there is above par.
I strongly recommend against conducting business with Apollo Medical Services LLC.

You can get supplies anywhere, but it’s the support and service Apollo Medical provides that are top notch. They bend over backwards to provide support any time and any way you need it. Great company!

Military brothers and sisters STAY AWAY! If I could give this horrible company a negative star, I would!
Bottom line: I received barely any product that was charged to Tri-Care. Don’t bother and find another company for your needs.

You can get medical supplies anywhere, but if you want knowledgeable and caring people initially AND in the reorder/replacement areas, I can’t imagine a better business. I actually look forward to interacting with them. Apollo Medical Services is great!

Elliott and Courtney are outstanding to deal with. I trust them with my sleep!
