Clay runs an amazing business. I’ve been using this shop for many years and they always look out for you and help in any way they can. The at-home test was awesome. I can’t do them at a facility for several reasons. They are knowledgeable and have top teir machines and products. I tried amazon for pillows and they are broken half the time. CPAPmyway has never sent me faulty equipment. I always use them now no matter what. Highly recommend. Also! I’m in NC and it’s so worth using this place even tho it’s Florida.

When I started this experience I didn't really know where to start, but had been experiencing health related issues due to lack of sufficient & restful sleep for years. I ordered the sleep study, and then after the results, a CPAP machine, mask, etc. Each step of the way the team at CPAP My Way was excellent in their care and service, going out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and a solution was found. I even needed a third mask to find the right fit for my size and sleeping habits. They sent mask #2 & #3 out free as part of their 30 day mask guarantee, and that was after calling to see if #2 worked for me. Truly a wonderful company that I would recommend to anyone, and already have started with some friends and family. Thank you!

It isn't often that one has the pleasure of doing business with a company as honest and customer centered, and with a staff as well trained as CPAP My Way. I was replacing an old malfunctioning machine and didn't have the benefit of a recent doctor's prescription. I mistakenly ordered a CPAP instead of a BIPAP. Yamilet graciously helped determine the appropriate replacement and promptly sent it to me. When I received it and used it the first night it became evident that several of the settings needed to be adjusted. Lily patiently walked me through the clinical settings menu and explained each function so that even I was able to understand them. If patience is a virtue Lily is an exceptionally virtuous lady. Equally noteworthy is their competitive pricing. I enthusiastically recommend CPAP My Way. You won't be disappointed.

Owner/operator of the Business and YouTube channel is tremendous. I am new to CPAP, have excellent insurance and still opted to pay for the sleep test and machine out of pocket based solely on the information found/provided on their YouTube channel. The interaction with the staff has been mostly positive with some exceptions. If you have to call in Alex is awesome, he took time to find out a issue I was having with the current mask I purchased and thoughtfully recommended one that he thought would work better. Overall great company and experience.

These guys are unbelievable! I was paying exorbitant amount (even with insurance coverage!!) for my CPAP and CPAP parts, and they made me such good deals, I thought their pricing was a mistake! And the customer service is absolutely exceptional! The person I dealt with helped me find a mask that worked so much better than the mask I was originally told to use, that I am now getting a good 4-5 hours A NIGHT more than the 3-4 I was getting before!! Thanks CPAP My Way!! Can’t recommend these guys enough!
