Autism Momma 🩵🩵🩵Lakeland location
My son Kane is 6yrs old and has been seeing Jim from integrity for the last 3 years for his leg braces, he’s patient and kind and in time my child that does not like to be touched now allows him to examine his 👣 He makes our leg braces fresh each year, and I adore this place because of him their accommodating and patient reliable and supportive. My son has HIGH sensory and needs to be sedated once a year at the hospital to receive his leg braces Jim comes out and meets our doctor at the hospital at our convenience every year for whatever schedule we need THANK YOU !!! for not only making life easier when it’s hard enough as it is but for making it brighter every time we have an appointment with you as a autism mom, I get nervous every time I have to leave the house with my child he seizures and has difficulty but not when we have an appointment at integrity I know he’ll be fine. This is a GREAT place. Jim even went above and beyond and visited my son’s special needs school Achievement Academy, so that he may meet his PT therapist and they could discuss him how wonderful these are the type of people that remind you that goodness still exist in the world I LOVE THIS PLACE 🫶🏼

Everyone I encountered was helpful and kind. Jim was exceptional while casting my daughter for braces and kept her calm and reassured her she wouldn't be hurt. He even took the time to recast after she was scared and moving around.

Chris did a great job getting the fit right on my prosthetic. Customer service is great!! Quick turn around on getting my new leg made and out the door. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new prosthetics.

Jim came out and helped adjust my bed ridden mom's cast after hours. He was not obligated but went out of his way to come and fix it. Above and beyond service. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Jim!!

I have been using Ed Crowe for a while now, he is an amazing person. I’ve had three sockets made by him. He truly knows his work. I came to him after having major problems with the place before him. He makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. I hope to have continued great help for many years to come. His staff is helpful and friendly. Jim has cared for my daughter and her bracing needs for over a year. He is kind, gentle and wants nothing but the best for her. I was in Lakeland working and broke my prosthetic foot today, I called six other prosthetic companies in the area looking for someone who could get me a foot. Out of everyone I called, Trevor was the only person who was able to find me a foot and I was able to get it today and able to finish working as well. I can’t thank you guys enough for the foot and pylon!

We transferred to Integrety after using Shriners for backbrace for our childs Scoliosis nd have been so happy! They have been effective, responsive and just plain nice! We even had an insirancr change that they are not contracted with and are working on getting contracted with the new insurance!They work well with Nemours Lakeland too.
