Steer clear of this place. They are charging $225 for a pediatric nebulizer when you can get the same thing at a variety of places on Google for $36. They're playing a sick insurance game. When addressing this with the customer service rep at Solarus, he responded that it was my issue not his and he'd be sending me to collections. BUYER BEWARE.

I would certainly not recommend as the person is so rude . They deceive completely while you would upset seeing your bill post insurance claim as they charge twice or thrice the market price . I would bet to purchase from CVS , Walgreens based on de prescriptions with waiting for 2-3 days rather than purchasing with them .

If I could give negative stars I would. 100’s of calls all for a balance of equipment my drs office gave me and said I wouldn’t owe anything for my child. Rude when you answer, tell you you owe I tell them I will wait for documentation. A guy just called me, i’m at work he tells me who it is, I tell him i’m aware and waiting for a bill to be mailed not paying over the phone and hang up. He calls back and rudely tells me I need to pay, i’m in collections and it hasn’t even been a month since the appointment. Oh and he was the supervisor. Absolutely awful people.

Solarus medical has been a nightmare. While their nebulizer works great and I have no issues with their product their accounting and billing department is an absolute mess. I have been harassed for over a year by this company to pay my bill. They even sent me to collections agency. Not only did I pay the bill as soon as I received it I have shown proof from my bank account as well as 2 separate emails from Solarus themselves confirming my payment. I have called and talked to numerous people. I have emailed. It has now been almost 14 months and they are still calling me and sending me mail. It doesn’t matter how many people I have talked to they will not go away!! I just want them to acknowledge I am paid in full and leave me alone! The worst part is every time I talk to someone they say don’t worry it’s handled! I can see that you paid. Or I see you paid but no one posted it. I’ll fix it. Yet it just keeps going. I’m finally writing this review in hopes someone from the company will read this/see this and finally make it stop!

Alex Torres is one of the best… If not the best representative that we’ve gotten to encounter at our offices ! We are never low on nebulizers at the pediatric urgent care which is very important , especially during flu/COVID season where our patients constantly need treatments and nebulizers to take home. he does a great job and we’re always happy with the service that he and this company provides for us.

This place is horrible.
Charging us for a nebulizer that was given to us from a pediatrics office. The pediatric office cleared it up when they were going after my wife. So what did they decide to do?
They sent my 3 yr old daughter to collections for a nebulizer when they couldn’t get money from my wife. This company has no shame.
