I enjoy my primary care doctor at palm medical center. She listen to me. I love going there. Great service great wait time. Given the time to see her and talk about your issues. I loved her she's very knowledgeable when I asked questions. She gave me new information I didn't know about at all. So very very grateful. Ten out of ten.

My appt was set as soon as I could get in. The operator was very nice. The girls at the Florida Ave office are all very nice. And for Dr. Minn is the best doctor I have ever had.

They suck. I called to make an appointment. The person asked what I needed the appointment for. I told her the reason. When I got to the appointment the doctor informed me that they do not do that here. I asked for a refund and they refused and said that they could give me a credit. I informed them that a credit would be of no use to me since I would no longer be a patient.

I had to dispute the charge with my bank. This should have never happed. I should have received a refund since I paid for a service I did not receive.
